By study of this unit, the Ss should know the words and sentences of head, ear, eye, nose, face, and mouth. The study will help Ss use simple English in their daily life. 2. Second, teaching aims.On study of the teaching material and the analysis of the regulation of the childrens growing of mind, I put forward the teaching aims according to the English syllabus and new lesson standard.(1) Perception aim: how to read, listen and use the six new words.(2) Ability aim: read and understand the sentences in Lets do, and also can do the physical responses according to the sentences.(3) Emotion aim: Increase the ss learning interests and their confidence of learning English.3. Third, key points. The key points of this lesson is also to make sure the ss can master the 6 new words and the sentences of Lets do.4. Fourth, teaching difficulties .The teaching difficulties of this lesson is the pronunciation of the vowels of words eye, face, and the consonant of the word mouth.5. Fifth, teaching method.In this lesson, Ill mainly use “task-based” teaching method. That is to say, Ill let the Ss learn in ral situations to help the Ss get a better understanding of the keywords and sentences. Ill arrange many kinds of activities, like singing, guessing game and so on.6. Sixth, teaching aids.In this lesson, the multimedia player and many colourful pictures will be used. And Ill also made a lovely teddy bear which can attract Ss eyes very well.7. At first Ill take out my Teddy Bear and produce it to the students. Hello, children. Today I bring a friend with me. Do you want to know him? And show it to them and say This is teddy bear. Then Ill imitate teddy bears voice and play as him. Hi, children, look at me. This is my head. At the same time, Ill play the multi-media and lead in the 6 new words and sentences. The colorful cartoons will attract the students eyes very well. After the ss get a first image of the new words and sentences, Ill let the ss read and learn the words by using the word cards and pictures. Next I will read the sentence touch you head and at the same time do the action. so the ss will read after me and do what I do. It will help them mameriaize the sentences quickly with the physical responses. After the students master the sentence pattern, Ill play the multi-media and let them follow the cartoons, itll arouse their interst of playing the roles. And the physical responses will help them master the words and sentences quickly.Part III Practice.In this part I will use a whisper words game to consolidate the new words and sentences. I will ask ten ss come on to the platform, and show the word card to the first st and also the ss who are on the seats then let the first st tell the sentence below. Itll be more interesting when some mistakes occurs, but in this process, they will master the new knowledge quickly in this kind of happy atmosphere. And I am sure I can finish my emotion aim of increase the ss interests of learning English. Part IV Consolidation.In this part Ill let the ss do a listening practice to find out if they have master the new knowledge. After the practice we will take a summarization of what we learned in this lesson.
