制度名与有合作关系的公司订立协议电子文件编码GLWA264页码4-1MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENTDate: February 25, 200Subject: Publication Rights for Book of Business LettersParties: K/H Bbusiness Communications & Consulting Co.NanTian, 12th Floor10 Shennan Road CentralShenzhen(Hereinafter called K/H)The Seoul Star Daily Co.,Ltd.1-12, 3-Ga, Hoehyon-Dong, Chung-GuSeoul 100-771, Korea(hereinafter called Star)Star is granted the indefinite right to translate and publish the subject title in the Korean language and to market it in Korea subject to the following condit ions:1.Star shall see to it that the translation, paper, graphics, etc., are u p to the quality of the original book and that the book shall be published withi n six (6) months of the date of this agreement.2.The translation of the book shall be faithful and accurate. No abbrevia tion or alteration of the text shall be made without the written consent of K/H. Any advertisements in the book must be approved by K/H beforehand.3.Star shall include in their edition the K/H name and logo and a copyrig ht notice of the original book as specified by K/H. The reports shall include the number of copies printed in the c urrent edition, the stock at the beginning, and the stock at the end of the six- month accounting period.
