I_ fine 一、be动词的含义及构成1 在英语，有一个表示“是”的概念的动词be，它不表示具体的动作或行为，只是在句起着联系主语和表语的作用，所以我们也叫它“连系动词”。2 be动词在现在时有三种形式，分别是am, is, are 二、be动词的用法1 be的形式依主语的不同而发生变化在人称代词I的后面用am; 在表示第三人称单数的代词或名词后面用is;其他情况用are 人称数主语be动词第一人称单数Iam复数eare第二人称单数youare复数第三人称单数heissheitThe book/ his son复数Theyaremy parents/ the students例：1 I am 14 years old 我今年14岁。2 You are Chinese 你是国人。3 She is a beautiful girl 她是一个漂亮的女孩。4 He is a good student 他是一位好学生。5 It is Lilys cat 它是莉莉的猫。6 We are good friends 我们是好朋友。7 They are teachers 他们是老师。2 名词作主语要用相应的人称代词与之比较，以选择适当的be动词。如：Lucy （=She） is a good girl 露西是个好女孩。My name （= It） is Jim 我的名字是吉姆。Where are Li Ming and Wang Lin （= they）? 李明和王林在哪里？批注：记住下面这个小口诀： 我用am ,你用are, is连着他她它。 我们你们和他们， 后面全都要用are 单数名词用is， 复数名词要用are你知道吗？Be动词是可以缩写的哦！ be 动词的缩写形式（1）I am =Im （5）It is = Its （2）You are =Youre （6）We are =Were（3）She is =Shes （7）They are =Theyre（4）He is = Hes 三、含有be动词的句式转换1含有be动词的肯定句变一般疑问句时，把be动词提到主语前面,句末加问号。 例： She is from Canada Is she from Canada?
