DOE ONBOARDING CHECKLIST工程总监入职清单#Description 描述Trainer:DateDiscussedN/AThe purpose and intent of this checklist is to help new Director of Engineering (DOE) better understanding of hotel and the IHG engineering functions and responsibilities. At the same time it allowed hotel GM to show the IHG culture of developing people and make DOE do the right things from the beginning. This is also a kind of a tools which able to manage engineering better and helping to raise the consistency and uniformity level up among the hotels in the region.
