2010级英语专业网络英语认知实习报告书 姓 名： 班 级： 学 号： 指导老师： 实习日期： 5月9日5月20日 等级评定： 安徽工业大学工商学院外语系制2012年3月说 明网络英语认知实习是英语专业学生的一门必修的实践性课程；它是对学生自主网络英语学习基础知识和技能学习的一次检验。通过本环节的实习，使学生对所学的理论知识有一些感性认识，并将理论知识同实践相结合，为学今后进入社会较快地适应工作环境打下良好的基础。具体要求：(1)要求学生实习目的明确，态度端正。学生在校机房或个人电脑处进行实习，学生在实习期间，应严格遵守机房等的规章制度；自觉接受指导教师的统一管理和指挥；实习中要虚心求教，礼貌待人，认真对待和完成好各项实习任务。遵守操作章程，严禁违章操作；遇到问题及时向指导教师反映。(2)实习期间一般不准请假。对不和指导教师联系、不完成实习任务，不提交实习报告者，实习成绩一律按不及格处理。实习成绩不及格者必须和下一届重新进行实习；专业实习是课堂教学的延伸与扩展，是发展和培养学生实践能力的重要方法。学生应该认真在实习地进行实习，努力将所学的书本知识运用到实践中。杜绝一切不正当的欺骗行为以逃避实习，如果发现弄虚作假者，则没有成绩，系部将严肃处理。(3)分散实习的学生每个星期用电话或Email至少向指导教师汇报2次本周实习情况或体会。(5)实习过程中要求每周记录实习日志4次，总结归纳实习情况及遇到的问题，实习结束时须向指导教师提交一份统一格式的实习报告书。实习报告要求按统一模版的封面、内容格式（宋体、小四、单倍行距、A4）打印，内容应包括以下几个部分：1） 实习内容2） 实习日志 3） 实习总结 实习内容一英文学习网站简介 Cocoa English web is created in early 2006,it is combined with practical, interactive, fun for the online English learning website.
