And it will also look at what the girl students are like in these engineering colleges? It may identify some of the reasons why girls are not attracted by the specialties of this kind of college and the majority of girl students have little interest in these aspects. There are only a small proportion of girls in science and engineering colleges, which is likely to be ignored by educators and researchers groups. Because of a number of reasons, girl students in these science and engineering colleges popularly lack confidence, and only have low levels of self-identity, as well as with a lack of scientific gender consciousness. Therefore, female students in engineering colleges should be strengthened about the sex education. And the majority should guide them to establish a scientific view of their study compared with the male students. The gender differences should be correctly addressed, which may help the girl students make progress in the pursuit of equality and get harmonious development in diversity.It will also consider whether gaps identified in current educational systems, as well as in the employment units, that young people, especially girl students will be likely treated unfair especially the time they have just come out of colleges. In fact, if there is one boy and a girl with the same level of excellence more or less in an engineering college, the employment units will employ the boy student without little hesitation, even the girl student are more excellent! So, are girl students in science and engineering college not as active as the boy students in activities, including academic activities and out-of-class activities?
