Unit 2,Using language,2,3,1、掌握听力和快速阅读的能力和技巧; 2、提升灵活运用语言的能力; 3、了解著名科学家的事迹,向科学家学习。,本课首先通过泛听,了解听力材料的基本大意,然后让学生浏览3个问题,带着问题去听,一方面降低听力难度,另一方面掌握听力技巧。最后在听力难点上停顿,让学生真正理解材料,做到听的能力的提升。 在speaking这一环节上,先让学生热身,做brainstorm。然后把学生分为两组,在同一事物上有两种不同的观点,如何能清晰表达出来,这很能培养学生的能力。在阅读方面是重点培养学生的泛读能力,通过快速阅读,找到正确答案。,What do you think of the story “Satisfaction Guaranteed”?
