Safety regulations安全规程1.1 Safety hints 安全提示 WarningThis equipment can be dangerous if it is not operated in accordance with thisoperating manual! 若不按照本操作说明书中的说明对设备进行操作，本设备可能导致危险！There might be additional regulations to be observed, put into effect by governmental, state or other official agencies or local security (fire) departments! 可能还必须遵守其它法规，它们是由政府、州或其它官方机构或当地安全（消防）部门制订的！ WarningUnder no circumstance may persons with a cardiac pacemaker come close to the area between the tip of the spray gun and the work piece to be coated! 在任何情况下，戴有心脏起博器的人均不得接近喷枪喷嘴和待喷涂工件间的区域！The following rules must be observed in order to ensure a safe and efficient use of the equipment:为确保安全有效地使用本设备，必须遵守以下规定： The user has to observe particularly the safety guidelines of the VdS, the local professional and security institutions. 用户特别要遵守Vds的安全规程、所在地行业和安全协会的安全规程。 Trained and qualified personnel may only operate the electrostatic coating equipment.只有受过训练并且合格的人员才能操作静电喷涂设备。 The spray gun may only be operated in powder coating booths or on powder coating stands that are equipped with a ventilation system. 只能在配备有通风系统的粉末喷房内或在配备有通风系统的粉末喷涂台上使用喷枪。 The user has to make sure, that the average powder/air concentration does not exceed 50% of the LEL (maximum allowed concentration of powder in air). If a reliable LEL value is not available, the average powder/air concentration may not exceed 10 g/m. 用户应确保粉末/空气浓度的中间值不超过LEL * )（粉末在空气中允许的最大浓度）的50%。如果不知道可靠的LEL值，则平均粉/气浓度不得超过10 g/m。 Over sprayed powder must be reliably collected. 过喷的粉末必须被可靠地回收。 Adhere to the instructions given by the manufac-turers and to the prevalent local laws on the environment when disposing of waste coating powder. 弃置废粉时，遵守生产商的要求以及有关环保的一般法规。 The main power connection for operation of the Wagner powder equipment must be electrically interlocked with the exhaust system of the powder coating booth.务必使瓦格纳尔粉末设备运行的电源连线与粉末喷房的排气系统的电源电气互锁。 In the event of faults or defects, repair work is to be performed at the users discretion. 在出现故障或者运转不良的情况下，应根据用户的判断进行维修作业。 The user must conduct periodic checks of the powder spray equipment (at least every year) with regard to explosion-protection. 用户必须就防爆保护措施对粉末喷房进行定期检查（至少每年一次）。 Repairs may only be carried out by trained technicians and may never be carried out in an explosion hazardous area. Protective measures against explosions must still be installed. 只能由受过相应的特殊训练的专业人员进行维修，切勿在爆炸危险区进行维修。必须安装防止防止爆炸的保护设备。 The work area must have an electrostatically conductive floor (measured in accordance with EN 1081). 工作区必须辅设静电导电地板（按EN 1081标准测定）。 All conductive parts in the work area must be electrostatically grounded (work area = 1 m round every spray location or opening in the booth). 工作区内的所有导电部件必须静电接电。（工作区=每一喷涂位置或者喷房中的开口周围1米）。 All persons inside the work area must wear electrostatically conductive footwear. 工作区内的所有人员必须穿上静电导电靴。 Spray guns should be operated with bare hands！If gloves are used they must be made of conductive material.操作喷枪时不应戴手套！若要使用手套，必须是由传导材料制成的手套。 Guideline 94/9/EG: The device is suited for the applications it was designed for, even inexplosion-hazard areas. 标准94/9EG：本装置适用于它的设计喷涂用途，即使在爆炸危险区。 Wear suitable work clothing 穿上合适的工作服。 Use breathing protection or a vizard for work which produces powder and when developing solvent steams: 从事产生粉末或产生溶剂挥发气的作业时请使用呼吸防护面具：Avoid health dangers by inhalation and skin contacts of solvent steams and lacquer aerosols; Cornea injuries by splashes in the eye. 防止因吸入及接触溶剂挥发气和漆雾而损害健康；防止因溅入眼睛而受伤。 Check the equipment for damage检查设备是否损坏Before operating the system, check if slightly damaged parts still function correctly. Check whether the moving parts operate properly, whether they jam and whether parts are damaged. 使用系统前，小心地检查略有损坏的部件是否能正常运行。检查活动部件是否能正常运转，检查它们是否堵塞或者部件是否损坏。Damaged parts should be repaired or replaced by a Wagner customer service. 损坏的部件应由Wagner客户服务部门进行维修或者替换。Warning警告For your own safety, use only accessories and equipment listed in theoperating manual. Mixtures of powder and air can explode or ignite causing property damage and/or severe injury.静电电弧可能引起爆炸或者火灾。粉末和空气混合气可能爆炸或者起火，引起财产损失和/或者严重的人员受伤。 Operator must be grounded. Grounding straps must be used when wearing rubber soled shoes.操作员必须接地。操作员穿着胶底鞋时，务必使用接地母线。 Operator must remove all metallic objects from his or her person, which are not grounded.操作员应清除他或者她身上的所有未接地的金属物体。 The object being sprayed must be grounded.正在被喷涂的物体必须接地。 All metallic objects within the spray area must be grounded (including spray booth, part hangers, fire extinguishers, etc.)在喷涂区域内的所有金属物必须接地（包括粉房、部件悬架、灭火器等）。 Grounded conductive floor must be provided in spray area.在喷涂区必须配置接地导电地板。 Turn off the Power Pack and unplug from outlet before flushing out the gun, cleaning or replacing parts on the gun such as changing tips.冲洗喷枪、清洁或者替换喷枪上的部件（如，替换喷嘴）前，关闭电源组并拔下电源插头。Explosion or fire. (See Electrostatic arcing)必须防止静电电弧的产生。（见静电电弧） When cleaning the system, use only materials recommended by the coatings manufacturer. Be sure Power Pack is turned off and unplugged.清理设备时，只使用涂料生产商推荐的材料。务必关闭电源组并拔下电源插头。 Avoid all ignition sources such as static electricity sparks, open flames such as pilot lights, hot objects such as cigarettes and sparks from connecting and disconnecting power cords and working light switches.消除所有的点火源，如静电打火，常燃火等明火，烟头等炽热物体，连接或者断开电源插头、工作灯开关时所产生的火花等。 To prevent hazardous concentrations of flammable atmospheres, spray only in a properly ventilated spray booth.为了防止可燃气体聚积危险，只可在通风良好的粉房中进行喷涂作业。 Never operate spray gun unless ventilation fans are operating properly.如果排风扇不能正常工作，切勿使用喷枪。 Check and follow all National, State and Local codes regarding air exhaust velocity requirements.检查并遵守所有有关排气速度要求的国家、州和当地标准。 Ventilation must be maintained during the cleaning operation.在清理作业期间，必须保持通风。Toxic Substances: Some materials may be harmful if swallowed or come in contact with the skin.有毒物质：吞咽或者皮肤粘上某些物质有害。 Follow the requirements of the Material Safety Data Sheet supplied by the coatings manufacturer.遵守涂料生产商提供的材料安全数据表的要求。 Exhaust and fresh air introduction must be provided within the spray area to keep the air free of high powder accumulations.在喷涂区域内必须配备排气设备和新气进气设备，以避免粉末大量积聚。 Wear a mask or respirator. This physical effect can be seen when the electrode is near the grounded workpiece. 高压打开时，电极针尖处会产生只有在黑暗中才看得见的电辉和电晕放电。当电极接近接地工件时，可以观察到这种物理现象。This luminous discharge does not involve any ignition energy and has no effect on the usage of the plant. When the electrode approaches the workpiece, the control unit automatically reduces the high voltage to a safe value or switches the high voltage off, depending on the setting. 这种电辉放电不会产生任何点火能力，也不会对设备的处理产生任何影响。当电极接近工件时，控制装置会根据设置自动将电压降低到安全水平或者关闭高电压。If you touch plastic parts of the spray gun with the finger, harmless discharges may occur due to the high voltage field around the spray gun (so-called brush discharges).
