High Temperature Operation Test 高溫負荷試驗1.1Purpose目的To assure the operations under high temperature condition.確定產品在高溫狀態中的操作功能。1.2Scope應用範圍This work instruction is applicable to CTV & Audio products.本工作指導書適用於彩電及音響產品。1.3Test Conditions試驗條件表1Temperature（溫度）+45 + 2Humidity（濕度）+60 + 2%Power Supply Voltage電源電壓+AC：Rated Voltage（額定電壓）+ 10%+DC：Rated Voltage（額定電壓）+ 10% / -30%DC：Rated Voltage（額定電壓）+ 20% Simple Product CD / VCD / DVD / MDContinuously playing Music disc.(連續播放 . (2h不通電, 停止工作。)+12 hours power ON. The sample can work. (12h通電,正常工作。)：(1) Rated power is main Vol. , other channels Vol. 80%. (額定功率以主音量為准, 其它頻道輸出設定在80%) (2) Use the resistor to be loading if the main unit has no matching speakers). (如果主機沒有音箱匹配,用電阻做負載)1.4 Test Method 試驗方法1.4.1 Put the sample into the chamber without packing ,without power supply and keep in the normal work postion .( The power switch “ ON” but without plug- in.) 樣品在不包裝,不通電和正常工作位置的狀態下.(電源開關置于接通位置,但電源插頭不 接入電網),放入試驗箱內. 1.4.2 The temperature of chamber should be rised to 452 according to the average ratio of ( 0.7 1 )per minute .When the sample temperature is stable, rise the chamber humidity to 60% R.H in thirty minute. 箱溫按( 0.7 1 ) /Min.的平均速率上升至452,當樣品達到溫度穩定后,在30分鍾 內將濕度加至60%.1.4.3 Keep the sample for two hours with the above conditions .Then sample is on with the work status of table 1 and operated constantly for twelve hours. 樣品擱置2h,然后接通電源在表1的工作狀態下持續工作12h.1.5 Retrieve Temperature回溫溫度表 2Temperature（溫度）+25 + 2Humidity（濕度）+Without Humidity（不控制濕度）Power Supply Voltage（供電電壓）+Without Power Supply（斷開電源）Time Interval（試驗時間）+Not less than 3 hours（不少於3小時）After the high termperature test was completed , cut off the power decrease the temperature of the chamber as table 2 above with the ratio of ( 0.7 1 ) per minute , then keep this temperature not less than 3 hours.當高溫試驗完畢,樣品斷開電源,箱溫按( 0.7 1 )/Min的速率降低至表2溫度,保持不少于3小時。1.6Check Item”檢查項目After temperature retrived ,test products appearance , mechanical structure and functional test are carried out .回溫后檢查樣品的外觀,結構和功能,應符合規定要求。1.7Judgement判定表 3Condition (條件)Criteria (標准）1. High temp. status (高溫狀態)The sample can work continuously , and have no mal-function in the picture , sound , knob and remote control. 樣品應連續工作,畫面、伴音、按鈕,遙控功能應正常.2. After temp. retrived (回溫后)Sample appearance should not have :rust , mouldy spots , plating peeling ,scratch,burr,plastic bubblea and crack , pour material spill , etc. It should be clear of the sign of letter and symbel. For the mechanical part and the control component, it should be complete , no mechanical damages , no abnormal in performance. 樣品外表應無銹蝕、霉斑、鍍塗層剝落、划痕、毛刺、塑料件起泡、開裂、變形、灌注物溢出等現象。文字符號標志應清晰,結構件與控制件應完整,無機械損傷,功能應正常。1.7Test Quantity測試數量 表4 Item（項目）QTY.（數量）Before Pilot Run（試產前）3 sets（台）Pilot Run（試產）3 sets（台）J End Of High Temperature Operating Test （高溫負荷試驗結束）J2. Low Temperature Operating Test低溫負荷試驗2.1Purpose目的To assure the operations under low temperature condition.確定產品在低溫狀態中的操作功能。2.2Scope應用範圍This work instruction is applicable to CTV & Audio products.本工作指導書適用於彩電及音響產品。2.3Test Conditions試驗條件 表5Temperature（溫度）+-10 + 2 (CTV)-5 + 2 (Audio)Power Supply Voltage（電源電壓）+AC：Rated Voltage + 10%AC：額定電壓+ 10%+DC：Rated Voltage + 10% / -30%DC：額定電壓+ 10% / -30%DC：Rated Voltage + 20%DC：額定電壓+ 20%Unit Condition（產品狀態）+Same as High Temperature Operating Test.（Refer to item 1.3）與高溫負荷試驗相同。（參考項目1.3）Time Interval（試驗時間）+2 hours power OFF.The sample cant work. 2h不通電, 停止工作。+5 hours power ON. The sample can work. 5h通電,正常工作。：In case that the power supply is chargeable. 此條件是在可充電電源時。2.4 Test Method 試驗方法2. 4.1 Put the products in a temperature chamber, and without packing , without power supply and keep in the normal work position ( the power switch is “ ON” but without plug - in)樣品在不包裝, 不通電和正常工作位置狀態下(電源開關置于接通位置,但電源插頭不接入電網),放入 試驗箱內。2.4.2 The temperature of chamber will be decreased to -10 (Audio -5) with the average ratio of (0.7 1) per minute .箱溫按(0.7 1) / min 的平均速率下降至-10 (音響 -5) 。2.4.3 Keep the sample for two hours with the above condtioin of -10 / -5 .Then sample is on with the work status of table 5.After the sample is operated constantly for five hours ,the sample shall be able to work , no malfunction.樣品擱置2h , 然后接通電源在表5的工作狀態下,持續工作5小時,樣品應能持續工作,功能正常。2.5 Retrieve Temperature回溫溫度表6Temperature（溫度）+25 + 2Humidity（濕度）+Without Humidity（不控制濕度）Power Supply Voltage（供電電壓）+Without Power Supply（斷開電源）Time Interval（回溫時間）+Not less than 5 hours（不少於5小時）After finished the Low Temperature Operating Test, cut off the power, and rise temperature to the status of table 6 with the ratio of (0.7 1) per minute , then keep this temperature not less than 5 hours.當低溫負荷測試完畢後，樣品斷開電源, 以(0.7 1)/分鍾的速率將溫度回升到表6狀態,保持不少于5小時。2.6Check Item 檢查項目 After temperature retrived , check products Appearance Mechanical Structure and Functional Test . 回溫后檢查樣品的外觀、結構和功能, 應符合規定要求。2.7Judgment判定 Same as High Temperature Operating Test Item 1.7 ( Table 3) 參考高溫負荷項目1.7 (表3)。 2.8Test Quantity測試數量表7Item（項目）QTY.（數量）Before Pilot Run（試產前）3 sets（台）Pilot Run（試產）3 sets（台）J End Of Low Temperature Operating Test（低溫負荷試驗結束）J3. High Temperature Storage Test高溫貯存試驗3.1Purpose目的To assure specifications in condition of high temperature keeping at warehouse or transportation.確定產品在高溫下的倉庫貯存或運輸的條件下，須符合規定要求。3.2Scope應用範圍This work instruction is applicable to CTV & Audio products.本試驗條件適用於電視及音響產品。3.3Test Conditions試驗條件表8Temperature（溫度）+60 + 2Humidity（濕度）+90 + 2Unit Condition（產品狀態）+Standard Packing（標準包裝）Time Interval（試驗時間）+Not less than 24 hours.不少於24小時。3.4 Test Method 試驗方法3.4.1 Put the sample into temperature chamber with standard packing ,without power supply and put the sample to the normal work position.樣品標准包裝, 不通電和正常工作位置的狀態下放入試驗箱內。3.4.2 The temperature of chamber should be rised to 60 with the average ratio of (1015) per hour.Then rise to 90% RH in thiry minutes and keep it for 24 hours.箱溫按(1015)/小時的平均速率上升,逐漸升溫至60,然后在半小時內將濕度加至90%,保持24小時。3.5 Retrieve Temperature回溫溫度 表9Temperature（溫度）+25 + 2Humidity（濕度）+Without Humidity（不控制濕度）Unit Condition（條件)+Standard Packing（標準包裝）Time Interval（回溫時間)+Not less than 5 hours（不少於5小時）Keep the temperature of the chamber and decrease the humidity to 60%RH in the half hour ,then the temperature of chamber should be back to above table conditions,with the average ratio of (1015)per hour.Then keep the temperature not less than 5 hours。溫度保持不變,在半小時內將濕度降至60% ,然后箱溫按(1015)/小時的平均速率降低至表9狀態,保持不少于5小時。3.6Check Item檢查項目After temperature retrieved, check the products Packing Structure Appearance, Mechanical Structure, Product Function, * Performances, PCB Appearances and Remote control unit. 回溫後，檢查產品的包裝、外觀、機械結構、功能、性能、PCB板外觀及遙控器功能均 應符合規定要求。 * Products Appearance Test should include (產品性能測試包括) :(1) CTV (彩電)a.Image channel noise limited sensitivity圖像通道有限噪波靈敏度b.Colour sensitivity彩色靈敏度c.Selectivity選擇性d.Framing圖像重顯率e.Resolution圖像分辨率f.Purity色純度g.Sound channel maximum useful output power伴音通道最大有用電輸出功率h.Synchronizing range同步範圍i.Colour synchronism stabilizetivity彩色同步穩定性j.Scanning non-linear distortion掃描非線性失真k.Covergence tolerance range會聚誤差Items a、b、c need to choose two channels of every band to check the data.其中a、b、c 三項在各頻段中任取各兩個頻道進行測量。(2)Audio refer to specification of produciton . 音響參照產品電性能要求進行測試。3.7Judgment判斷表10Criteria（標準）After retrieve temperature(回溫后)1. Same as the item 2 table 3.同表3第2項.2. Check PCB Appearance and Remote Control unit .Products performance should match with specification. PCB 板外觀,遙控器功能應正常, 產品性能參數符合規定要求。3.8Test Quantity測試數量表11Item（項目）QTY.（數量）Before Pilot Run（投產前）2 3 sets（台）Pilot Run（試產）2 3 sets（台）J End Of High Temperature Storage Test（高溫貯存試驗結束）J4. Low Temperature Storage Test低溫貯存試驗4.1Purpose目的To assure specifications in condition of low temperature keeping at warehouse or transportation.確定產品在低溫下的倉庫存和運輸條件下,須符合規定要求。4.2Scope應用範圍This work instruction applies to Video & Audio products.本工作指導書適用於電視及音響產品。4.3Test Conditions試驗條件表12Temperature（溫度）+-20 + 2Humidity（濕度）+Without Humidity（不控制濕度）Unit Condition（條件）+Standard Packing（標準包裝）Time Interval（試驗時間）+Not less than 24 hours.不少於24小時。4.4 Test Method試驗方法4.4.1Put the sample into a temperature chamber with standard packing .Without power supply and put the sample to the normal work position.樣品標准包裝,不通電和正常工作位置的狀態下, 放入試驗箱內。4.4.2 Keep the temperature of chamber and decrease the humidity down 40%RH in the half hour ,then the temperature of chamber should be rised to -20 with the average ratio of (1015) per hour .Keep the temperature for 24 hours.溫度保持不變,在半小時內將濕度降至40%RH以下,然后箱溫按(1015)/小時的平均速率下降至-20,保持24小時。4.5Retrieve Temperature回溫溫度表13Temperature（溫度）+25 + 2Humidity（濕度）+Without Humidity（不控制濕度）Unit Condition（條件）+Standard Packing（標準包裝）Time Interval（回溫時間）+Not less than 5 hours（不少於5小時）The temperature of chamber should be back to status of table 13 with the average ratio of (1015)per hour.Then keep the temperature not less than 5 hours.箱溫按(1015) / 小時的平均速率回升至表13狀態,并保持不少于5小時。4.6Check Item檢查項目After temperature retrieved, check the products Packing Structure Appearance, Mechanical Structure, Product Function, * Performances, PCB Appearances and Remote control unit . 回溫後，檢查產品的包裝、外觀、機械結構、功能、性能、PCB板外觀及遙控器功能均 應符合規定要求。* Products Appearance Test should include (產品性能測試包括) :(1) CTV (彩電)a.Image channel noise limited sensitivity圖像通道有限噪波靈敏度b.Colour sensitivity彩色靈敏度c.Selectivity選擇性d.Framing圖像重顯率e.Resolution圖像分辨率f.Purity色純度g.Sound channel maximum useful output power伴音通道最大有用電輸出功率h.Synchronizing range同步範圍i.Colour synchronism stabilizetivity彩色同步性j.Scanning non-linear distortion掃描非線性失真k.Covergence tolerance range會聚誤差 Items a、b、c need to choose two channels of every band to check the data.其中a、b、c 三項在各頻段中任取各兩個頻道進行測量。(2) Audio refer to specification of production . 音響參照產品電性能參數進行測試。4.7Judgment判斷 表14Criteria（標準）回溫后(After retrive temperature)1.
