1 / 11 海尔空调说明书 KFR-35GW/05FFC23A 海尔空调使用操作规程 1.目的 空调除为日常生活必须品外，还用于科研单位、医疗单位保存试剂和标本等，为确保实验结果的准确，应正确使用该设备。 2.适用范围 适用于 GeneXpert 仪器的操作使用。 3.职责 检测人员执行本规程。 监督人员负责规程执行情况的检查和监督。 科主任负责对违规情况进行查处，并进行纠正。 4.技术性能 电源电压： 电源线参数：辅电 23/26 和单冷机型： 2 辅电 33/35 机型： 2，型号： RVV。 连机线参数：辅电机型： 2+ 2 或以上， 单冷机型： 2，型号： YZW。 电源线连接方法为 Y 连接。 三线插座中，地线和零线必须严格分开。 5.使用方法 按开 /关键启动。 2 / 11 按模式键选择运转方式。 按温度或温度设定温度 . 按风速键合适风速 ,每按一次此键风速会按低风中风 高风顺序改变 . 关机时 ,按开 /关键即可 . 6.注意事项： 必须有效接地。 不要夹住电线。如拔去插头，要等 5 分钟后再插入，目的是不让压缩机承受高压，防止压缩机损坏。 不能保存易燃品和爆炸品，注意物品之间不要有交叉污染。停电时要减少开门次数。 为了安全，务必将电源插头拔掉后进行清理。 8.引用文件和技术依据 KFR-35GW/05FFC23A 海尔空调使用说明书 9.质量记录 每日温度记录 设备维护和维修记录 规程执行情况监督记录 Temperature Recorder This manual us applicable to blood bank refrigerators, medical, low temperature, and ultra low temperature units. 3 / 11 Product features: The product mainly applies to blood bank refrigerators, ultra low temperature freezers and other medical equipment that requires temperature recording over time The record chart paper is circular. Reading of temperature is simple and reliable. The operation of the unit is rather straightforward. The unit is designed to operate with a precise microchip to ensure an accurate and reliable recording of time. The recorder is also designed with a special circuitry to protect the operation of the motor from external electronic disturbance. Installation of instrument This recorder is mounted through the opening 5 / 11 window on your instrument viaself-tapping screws on the recorder mounting plate. Operating Guides Selection of Temperature Ranges After temperature recorder is powered on, press Key #3 for 5 seconds until hearing Ticking by buzzer to let the recorder enter the option mode. Press Key #1 to choose temperature range. Each pressing of this key will rotate the option to choose one of three temperature ranges. Each temperature range is identified with the color of the indicator light. -40 +30 :Green;resolution:1 -115 +50 :Yellow; resolution:5 -200 0 :Red; resolution:5 Press Key #2 to choose the recording time cycle. Each pressing of this key will alternate the option of choosing the two time recording periods distinguished with the counts of buzzer. 24 hour recording time cycle: Rapid and short buzz; 7 day recording time cycle: Constant and long buzz; 6 / 11 After completion of the above operation, press Key #3 to exit. Press Key #3 again to perform paper loading calibration. Notice: a)After selecting a new temperature range or recording time cycle, a new calibration procedure for paper loading must be performed. Otherwise the above operation cannot be accepted and saved by the temperature recorder. b) If there is no new selection of temperature range and recording time cycle after it powers on for 5 seconds, the temperature recorder will automatically enter the mode of paper loading calibration. Temperature selection and recording time are based on the prior settings before the last power shut down. Paper loading/changing When the temperature recorder is in normal operation, press the #3 key. The embossing stylus moves 5 mm away from the outer edge of chart paper. The circular chart paper can then be replaced. 1)Unscrew the compression nut for the recording paper, place a new recorder paper with the tick mark 7 / 11 of starting time positioned at the reference line on the panel. Tighten the nut to secure the paper. 2)Perform calibration: press the #3 key again. The embossing stylus returns to the scale point B1 用扳手取下室外机三通阀上的阀帽。 用 扳手将连接于三通阀上粗管的喇叭口螺母松动1圈。 用扳手，拧松二通阀阀芯 90o 。大约 15 秒后， 关紧二通阀。气体由粗管的喇叭口处排出，待无气体排出时， 按照规定的扭矩将喇叭口螺母拧紧。 打开二通阀和三通阀。 拧紧两只阀门的阀帽。 用检漏仪或肥皂水检查是否漏气，如有漏泄则需拧紧二通阀、 三通阀，然后用系统外氟利昂气体进行重新排空 操作指南 可以按照设定的时间启动或关闭空 调。防止您就寝后忘记关闭空调。 按遥控器操作如下： 1、 开机 8 / 11 2、 .按下想设定的定时键 3、 设定时间 每按一次定时键，前 12 小时以小时单位增加 /减少，后 12 小时以 1 小时单位增加 /减少。 4、确定时间 当遥控器屏显示闪烁为“ ON”或“ OFF” ,表示“定时开”或“定时关”待设定，按“确定 /取消”键，闪烁停止，表示“定时开”或“定时关”已经设定完成。 4、 取消定时 5、 设定好定时功能后，按“确定 /取消 ”键可取消定时。 智能功能 智能自动调温：智能控制室内温度到舒适温度，可通过温度键进行调节。 智能自动除湿：按室内温度与设定温度的温差，自行选择是否进入除湿模式运行。 智能自动调速：在智能功能开启的状态下风速显示为自动状态。在智能运行模式下，风速可以根据室内温度与设定 温度的温差自动调整。 智能自动除霜：在智能运行制热模式下，整机根据运行情况，在满足除霜条件时自动进入除霜。 9 / 11 注 1.在制冷、制热、除湿、送风模式 下，按智能键进入智能 功能。 2.在智能状态下，按智能键机器关机。 3.智能功能运行时，若按其他模式时，可以退出智能功能； 4.首次进入智能模式无温度显示，按温度设定键可以调节温度。 停电补偿功能 设定停电补偿功能后，整机运行过程中突然停电，再次恢复供 电时，则整机恢复原来的工作模式。 设定方法：在遥控器开机且静眠键有效的状态下， 5秒钟内连续按遥控器静眠键 10 次，蜂 鸣器响 4 声后进入停电补偿状态。取消 方法： 5 秒钟内连续按遥控器静眠键 10 次，蜂鸣器响 2 声后取消停电补偿状态。 注： 1.当空调器设定停电补偿功能后在使用过程中突然停电，这时若长时间不需要使用空调器，请切断电源以防来电后空调器自动恢复运转，或来电后按开关键关机。 2.停电补偿功能设定后，若再设定定时、静眠状态，则主机断电后恢复供电时，主机处于关机状态。 10 / 11 清洁保养 关机并切断电源开关 不要用湿手触碰 不要用热水或溶剂清洗 清洗进风栅滤尘网 首先将进风栅 面板打开，然后将滤尘网沿轨道轻轻向上抽出，用水或真空吸尘器清洗滤尘网。清洗底座滤尘网 将底座滤尘网从滤尘网支架中轻
