2019年六年级英语学困生转化计划夏丽丽每一所学校，每一个班级都有学困生，因此学困生的转化工作，是摆在每位老师眼前的棘手工作。英语作为第二种语言学习，由于缺乏语境，难以给每一位学生实践与交际的机会，因此两极分化非常严重。本班较差学生有如下同学：六一班：张承鑫、郝超、张增锐、朱采进、张阳，六二班：柯长林、文旺、毛安、张玮、王刚等。分析如下：一、学生学情：如何转化英语学困生也就成了每一位英语教师最头疼的问题。特别是小学英语教学，开设时间较短，师资不足，大部分英语教师都要担任几个班的教学，我所担任的六年级两个班，共43位学生，这更加大了学困生转化工作的难度。英语学困生是一个特殊群体，具体表现为性格孤僻、自卑甚至无所谓，以致不愿表达自己的意见，不懂装懂，日积月累，他们对英语学习以渐渐失去兴趣，因为他们无法体会到成功的喜悦。怎样改变学困生这种怕学、厌学的状况呢？根据本班实际情况， 二、措施如下：（一）、师帮生 教师在学困生转化工作中起着“导”和“演”的双重作用。苏霍姆林斯基说过：“教育才能的基础在于深信有可能成功地教育每个儿童，我不相信有不可救药的儿童、少年或男女青年。”每一位教师都应深信这一点。1、抓重点 我担任多个班英语教学的现状根据学校实际无法改变，我要担任两个年级的学困生转化工作，实际操作起来真的很困难。因此，应抓住重点，先帮助那些在短时间内容易转化过来的学生（文旺、郝超、毛安、朱采进），然后再帮助其他的学生。2、扬优点 美国心理学家威谱.詹姆斯有句名言：“人性最深刻的原则就是希望别人对自己加以赏识”。表面上，学困生表现出一副无所谓的态度，其实，他们比其他学生更渴望得到老师的表扬。我们可以从这一点入手，让他们的闪光点全部展现出来，并适时表扬，让他们对自己有信心。3、补弱点 他们共同的弱点就是：基础太差，当然每一个学困生的情况也有不同之处，有的是因为智力问题，多次的失败使他们对自己失去信心；有的是非智力问题（如：文旺、张曾锐、毛安、郝超、张承鑫、张玮），只是习惯较差，自觉性不强；还有的是因为学习方法不合适（如：朱采进）教师可针对、具体情况，对症下药。由于我任课多、带班多的特点，接触学生的时间是少之又少，这里主要讲讲如何发动学生的力量，帮助作好学困生的转化工作。（二）、制定帮扶计划：生帮生1、师徒结对 首先把优生和学困生的名字罗列出来，让他们自由进行师徒结对，为了让学生重视，我应把师徒结对的名单打印上墙，并定好激励制度，同时抽出时间检查并指导。2、制定计划 制定每一星期的计划，目标是什么？具体的做法什么？都一条一条写在记事本上，每天去看一看，是否做到。如果达到共同目标的师徒，给予奖励。3、日常工作师徒结对后，按照我的课程安排进行互帮互助工作，如优等生督促学困生读书，记单词，练句型，甚至优等生还可以督促那些不自觉的学生完成家庭作业或者预习作业，这对于认课多的我来说，可以减轻不少负担。总之，学困生的转化工作，是一项艰巨而有繁杂的工作，需要耐心、信心、恒心，更需要老师那一片爱心。只要我们灵活方法，动之以情，晓之以理，持之以恒，就一定能感染他们，让他们结出丰硕的果实。 年9月10日附送：小学六年级测试英语模拟试题2019年六年级英语小升初模拟考试试卷 一 听句子选出与句意相符的图，将其序号写在图下的括号内，每小题1分，共5分。 （ ） （ ） （ ） （ ） （ ）二 选出你所听到的字母、单词、短语和句子，将其序号写在题前的括号内，每小题1分，共10分。( ) 1.
