伍。这里的充实不是数量上的充实，而足质量上的充实。教师素质是中国实施素质教育 的基本保证，而教师发展则是中国教育走向现代化的基本前提。教师的质量要提高，教 师要发展，已成为了我国教育改革的首要问题。研究到今天，探索符合中国实际、功效 较好的英语教师自我发展是解决大学英语师资这个根本性问题的有价值的尝试，进而可 望从根本上提高大学英语教师的综合素质，为大学英语教学改革提供坚实的人力资源基 础。而教师的自我发展的一个最有效的途径，就是教师反思。 虽然教师反思已经在国外有过很多相关的研究，但是在国内的研究并不多。为了更 深入的调查我国英语教师的反思与发展情况，本文在参阅前人研究的基础上，从认知理 论、自我效能理论、社会学习理论出发，以问卷和教师日志的形式，调查大学非专业英 语教师的反思和发展现状，以更加详细和明确的形式论证反思与发展的关系。 尽管之前国内有调查表明，英语教师缺乏反思，而本研究却发现，反思现象在大学 非专业的教师中却非常普遍。教师们渴望了解自己的教学，能反思自己的教学，并都会 在反思后采取相应的改进措施。这是一个非常振奋人心的现象。但是，研究还发现了一 个问题，尽管反思现象普遍存在，教师们却缺乏反思所应有的理念和系统的操作过程。 同时，所采取的反思方式，通过学生进行的反思高于通过同事的反思，通过文献进行的 反思位于第三，使用频率最低的是通过日志、视频等的反思。造成此现象的原因一方面 是由于教师自主性的缺乏，另一方面是学校和院系的监督、管理以及相应的设施的缺乏。 研究还发现，教师的研究能力发展良好，但是教学能力相对较差。最后，本研究用直观 图表的形式得出结论，反思频率高的教师，其科研和教学的能力发展要高于反思频率低 的教师。 本研究对大学非英语专业教师的反思和发展有一定的参考价值，以期教师在阅读本
