摘要 s y n a e s t h e s i a ，可汉译为移觉，是人在受到某种刺激时产生的感觉上的 反映，是运用有关某一感官印象的词来描述其他感官印象。移觉作为一种 修辞格，以其新颖性、独特性引起了修辞学家、语言学家等的关注，但是 多数的研究主要限于其修辞特点、修辞功能以及心理机制等层面的考察。 随着认知语言学的不断发展，有人从认知的角度对移觉进行了研究，并取 得了一定的成果，然而这些研究并未对其意义建构以及解读过程中的系列 问题进行深入和系统地分析。本文拟运用体验哲学和概念整合理论阐释移 觉的认知本质及其意义建构过程，并在此基础上从语用学的角度分析了认 知语境在移觉的理解与运用中所产生的影响。 本文分为六部分。第一部分为引言，对全文做了总体介绍，包括选题 的目的和意义。在以往移觉研究中，多侧重于对移觉这种语言现象的描写、 分类和心理机制的探讨，而本文则是在认知与语用结合的视野下来对移觉 进行研究，并且，移觉在认知与语用意义上富有特征，这正是笔者选题的 理由所在。 第一章回顾了以往对移觉的研究成果，并对移觉与隐喻进行了区分， 从而对移觉有更准确的理解。 第二章运用体验哲学理论探究移觉的认知本质，及其特有的认知结构 与功能。体验哲学理论揭示移觉是基于体验的，包括神经的与基本经验的 体验性。雷可夫和约翰逊( 1 9 9 9 ) 提出了一种全新的哲学理论，即体验哲学， 严厉批判了西方传统哲学中的客观主义。其主要观点可概括为三条基本原 则：心智的体验性、认知的无意识性、思维的隐喻性。体验哲学在西方哲学 晃、认知科学界和语言学界引起了强烈反响，产生了深远影响，成为认知语 言学的哲学基础，对语言成因以及其他若干相关方面具有较强的解释力。 第三章与第四章为全文的核心部分。第三章运用概念整合理论( c b t ) 分析了移觉的意义构建过程。f a u c o n n i e r 与t u r n e r 提出的概念整合理论被 广泛运用于多种语言现象的意义构建过程。概念整合是一种非常普遍的认 知活动，为研究各个层次的意义构建开拓了广阔的前景。本文运用该理论 为框架来论证移觉意义构建的认知过程。第四章结合语用学的知识，探讨 了移觉在认知语境中的表达和理解。语境是一个心理结构体( p s y c h o l o g i c a l c o n s t r u c t ) ，是存在于人们大脑中的一系列假设，所以称之为认知语境，其 假设称为认知语境假设。现代修辞学除研究语言修辞手段和方法外，主要 是研究言语规律；为了追求更高的表达效果，修辞学除挖掘、总结语言手 段固有的表达功能外，还要认识语言手段在具体语境中的表达功能，不但 理解语境对使用语言的影响和要求，还要探索如何利用语境达到最佳表达 效果。
