China and Shanghai Municipal Government, with more than 300 wholly-owned & holding enterprises affiliated. Owning dual Super-grade qualification certificates in building construction and municipal public projects authorized from Ministry of Construction of the P.R.China, the group also has the import-export operation right authorized from Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the approval right for foreign affairs on public duty authorized from Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In recent years, the group has developed four sectors covering civil & installation, industry, real estate and financial investment, with total assets of 23,800 million RMB and national owners rights of 4,800 million RMB.
