摘要 英语学习策略和英语学习之间的关系问题历来是研究者关注的焦点。专家们 也一致认同语言学策略在提高学习效率上的有效性，大量的调查研究也表明学习 策略对语言使用能产生积极的影响。但是，大部分研究更多的关注英语学习策略 对于英语听、读、写三项技能的影响和作用。而对于口语的研究相对要少得多。 尤其是针对工作多年的成人英语学习者的研究就更少了，几乎没有相关的文献涉 及通过策略培训来提高中国成人英语学习者的口语水平。本文就此进行了探讨。 本文作者在中国石油出国培训基地中国石油国际化人才培训中心中进 行了口语学习策略的培训。所选两个班为来自中国石油下属的中国石油天然气勘 探开发公司的员工，共四十人。一个为实验班( 2 0 人) ，一个为控制班( 2 0 人) 。 实验前的英语成绩表明，两个班英语水平基本相同。研究工具为评分标准和试卷。 然后在整个实验过程中，两个班的授课教师，教材和教学计划均相同，唯一不同 的是控制班采用传统的教学模式，而实验班有针对性地改进教学模式，采用修改 后的口语策略培训计划。 作者经过八周的口语学习策略培训后，比较了实验班和控制班在英语水平上 的不同。实验数据分析结果表明，实验班在实验后的考试成绩明显高于普通班。 通过对两班成绩的比较得出的t 值结果为2 2 1 8 ( d f = -
