大连理1 ：人学硕士学位论文 摘要 本文从人际关系中熟悉程度的维度调查了中美大学学生使用道歉言语行为的情况， 从跨文化语用学的视角进行汉英对比研究，并基于调查所得数据，从语言层面分析熟悉 程度对两国学生道歉策略的影响，从而揭示中荑两国潜在的文化和价值观的深层差异。 本文调查的道歉事例源自话语完形测试( d i s c o u r s ec o m p l e t i o nt c s o l 吝 卷。问卷有汉 英两个版本，共计六个场景，涵盖了相对权利相同但熟悉程度不同的六种人际关系( 从 疏远到亲近) 。基于前人的跨文化研究，本文分别从场景设置和策略使用角度进行道歉 模式阐释，对问卷所得文字资料进行定性分析，对数据资料进行定量分析。 研究发现，两国学生对场景有着相似的理解，“明确道歉”在两种语言中均享 有最高使用率。但两国学生倾向使用不同的道歉策略，比较而言，中国学生通过频繁使 用“解释说明”策略尽力保持社会和谐，而美国学生更普遍应用“减小冒犯程度”策略来澄 清自己应付的责任。随着人际关系由疏远向亲密发展，道歉模式更为复杂且灵活多样， “明确道歉”的使用频率降低，“允诺克制”得到更多应用，该特征在汉语中尤为突出。究 其本质。中国学生处于高语境文化，强调集体主义，重视社会和谐，多采取委婉道歉方 式；而美国学生处于低语境文化，强调个体和自身责任，多使用直接道歉方式，且受熟 悉程度影响较少。 本文期望促进对语言和文化差异的研究，尤其是对特定语境中语言使用习惯的探 索，并唤起英语教师、使用者及学习者对语用规则与言语行为的重视，在跨文化交际、 英语教学及英语学习串有意识的考虑到语言表达特点和社会文化因素。在道歉言语行为 中应用合乎语言习惯的道歉策略，从而成功实现跨文化交际，并在英语教学与学习中应 用纯正的英语。 关键饲：跨文化语用学；言语行为；话语完形测试：道歉策砖 熟悉程度 装话敦喾 熟悉程度对汉英道歉策略的影响 ac r o s s -
