中文摘要 作为一门国际性语言，英语被广泛用于国际交流。随着全球化的趋势和中两 方的文化交流，在我国对外文化交流与翻译中，大量表达中国政治、经济、社会、 文化和日常生活的词汇进入英语并已经被英语所接受，从而产生了中国英语。 “中国英语”一词由国内著名语言学家葛传架先生于1 9 8 0 年提出。中国英语和翻 译是紧密相连的，因为实际上中国特有的事物和意念在国际交流中是被从汉语翻 译成英语的，因此从翻译的角度来研究中国英语是非常有必要的。然而对中国英 语的研究多是从语言学的角度进行的，鲜有学者从翻译理论的角度来研究中国英 语，这个领域的研究需要更多的关注。同时，为契合社会、国际交流的需要，中国 英语的研究具有现实意义。 随着中国融入国际社会步伐的加速和英语在中国更广泛的应用，“中国英 语”的概念在中国外语界引发了持久的争论，但争论证明“中国英语”越来越得 到海内外的普遍认同。目前，学术界虽然对于中国英语作为“英语本土化产物的 语言变体”并未完全达成一致，但随着中外交往的加深以及中国对世界影响力的 扩大，英语国家的人士必然希望更多地了解中国，中国英语所特有的表现力以及 融入中国文化的英语表达方式也必然会使其更加广泛地为人们所接受。 若对中国英语进行研究，首先需定义两个易混淆的术语一一中式英语和中国 英语，并分析二者的不同之处。中国英语是汉语文化和英语文化交流产生的语言 现象。它以标准英语为基础，可以进入英语交流。中国英语有利于中国文化的传 播，同时又可以丰富英语文化和世界文化。而中式英语会成为国际交流的障碍。 中国英语和中式英语决不能混为一谈。本文还就理论方面简要介绍目的论翻译理 论及两个翻译策略：归化与异化。阐述了其产生的背景及内涵并回顾了代表人物 的主要观点。并通过对大量中国英语译例的分析，归纳了在翻译中国文化词过程 中使用的翻译方法：音译、译借、直译、( 音译或直译) 加注。而错译可能会由于 自身的价值或机遇在实际交流中得到认可。 中国英语的存在是客观事实，中国英语现象正被英语世界所接受。中国的翻 译工作者应该勇于用英语表达一些中国特有的、真正具有中同特色的东西，特别 是在翻译中国文化的过程中，优先使用异化翻译策略，以便在跨文化交际中传播
