l l 锄c e ，2 0 0 2 ；z e i c h n e r ，2 0 0 3 ) 。但国内行动研究侧重理论介绍，且主要在中小学 教师中推行，然而大学英语教学现状也迫切需要大学英语教师采用行动研究来提 高教学效率及实现教师的发展。同时，教师的发展关键在于个人( k o n l l a g e n ，2 0 0 l ； 白益民，2 0 0 2 ) 。因此本文作者希望通过亲自实践这一研究方法来解决教学中的实 际问题。更重要的是在研究的过程中实现自我的发展。 本文作者于2 0 0 4 年在安徽农业大学0 2 级( 对口) 食品班进行了一次行动研 究尝试。作者试图采用行动研究方法去解决教学中发现的实际问题，即对口专业 学生英语学习动机低下这一问题。此项行动研究分为两轮。作者在第一轮中的尝 试均不甚理想。通过反思，作者调整了行动研究方案。在第= 轮行动中，学生和 教师都取得了一定的进步。 通过试验。作者发现行动研究确实有助于教师解决教学中的实际问题，且有 助于年轻教师专业发展。教师本人的自信心得到增强，教学观念得以改进，教学 行为有所改善。由此，作者通过对整个试验的反思总结教师行动研究的注意事项， 希望对其他有志于从事行动研究的年轻教师有所帮助。 关键词：行动研究；教师发展；行动：反思；动机 a l a d t e ro n ei m r
