特的自我实现。本文试图通过把安托瓦内特的身份危机同创伤理论结合起来分析安 托瓦内特如何通过走出创伤来实现自我。安托瓦内特的身份危机集中体现在库里伯 里发生的火灾，而她最后又通过在火中构建黑人身份而得以从创伤中痊愈。 本文包含三部分：引言，正文以及结论。第一章主要讨论安托瓦内特的创伤以 及引起她的创伤的原因，也就是她的身份危机。第二章分析了安托瓦内特走出创伤 的努力以及由于她本身的弱点导致失败并且给她带来了再次创伤。第三章首先分析 安托瓦内特并非如罗彻斯特所描绘的“疯女人”，然后指出安托瓦内特通过建构清晰 的黑人身份而得以从创伤中痊愈。最后结论部分，通过比较琼里斯在英国的自身 经历和安托瓦内特的历程得出结论，琼里斯试图以安托瓦内特的个人创伤的缩影 来传达她对于整个克利奥尔群体所承受的历史创伤的深切关注，从而揭开一段不可 言说的历史。
