（英语语言文学专业论文）双重编码理论在英语词汇教学方面的应用研究.pdf

辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文 摘要 本文以双重编码理论为依据，通过大量的实验和研究来探讨其对英语词汇教学方面 的促进作用。多年来英语词汇教学研究一直是英语教育工作者的研究焦点。英语词汇学 习也一直是广大学生的学习难点。学生们花费时问和精力去记忆词汇，过一段时间发现 又遗忘了，久而久之便失去了学习英语的兴趣。基于这样的情况，我做了关于双重编码 理论在词汇教学的应用研究，提出一些行之有效的词汇教学方法，通过这样的研究来提 高英语教师的教学质量，培养学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的学习效率。 本文的主要目的在于解决英语教师教学实践中的种种问题，以便更好的发展英语教 学技术，提高学生英语学习水平和学习兴趣。 目前，在英语教学理论研究领域罩，双重编码理论的应用比较广泛，主要应用于英 语阅读理解中，但双重编码理论在英语词汇教学中的研究还比较稀少。根据双重编码理 论，以及教学实践中存在的问题，作者提出了三中假设： 1 、佩维奥得双码理论和词汇教学研究有密切联系， 2 、意象能够帮助学生提高他们的词汇学习， 3 、多媒体作为现代教学技术能帮助英语教学教授词汇。 对于这三种假设，作者做出了深入研究和实验。作者选用大学和高中学生作为研究 主体，实验组和控制组的对比研究可以证明双重编码理论以多媒体教学技术为工具，应 用在英语词汇教学中是可行的。 双重编码理论认为人的大脑中有两个既相互独立又相互联系的认知系统：语言系统 和非语言系统( 心理表象系统) 。佩维奥认为，同时使用语言编码和意象编码来增强对 信息的回忆与识别非常有效，但我认为在词汇教学方面教师利用意象编码对词汇的记忆
