时期及未来二三十年，中国流动迁移人口还将保持2 亿人以上，其分布、结 构、素质的复杂变化，对国家战略规划、政府社会管理和公共服务提出了严峻挑 战。引导人口有序流动、合理分布，促进人口城市化健康发展，对中国经济社会 全面、协调、可持续发展意义重大。在“十二五 时期，城市化对于拉动中国发 展还有更为重要的意义，在未来外需增长空间不大的情况下，中国经济增长动力 需要转向内需。通过大力发展城市化，一方面可以进一步加强基础设施建设，扩 大国内投资需求，另一方面通过人口集聚，提高服务需求和消费倾向。发展中国 家已经成为世界城市化的重要地区，我国城市化程度不断提高，而江西省也面临 着如何提高城市化程度的问题。江西省城市化进程相对于其他中部省份比较缓慢， 主要是没有具有辐射能力和吸引能力的大城市所导致的，使得经济增长动力不足。 从很多国家与地区社会经济发展的基本经验来看，工业化与城市化应该协调发展， 才能把城市的作用最大化，提高经济效率，实现社会经济持续发展。大力促进城 市化进程，一方面可以改善人民生活水平，另一方面可以推进江西在中部地区崛 起，为我国全面建设小康社会作出贡献。认识城市化的内在发展规律，理解城市 化与经济增长的关联机理及影响效应，对于理性推动城市化，增强城市化与经济 增长的协调性，保持国民经济既快又好地发展，具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。 本文综合了国内外学者的研究成果，规范分析与实证分析相结合，对城市化 与经济增长关联机制进行探讨。本文分六章展开。第一章阐明了选题的背景及目 的、实际意义，回顾相关内容的研究动态，开展文献综述，提出研究视角、方法， 给出研究的创新及不足，最后提出本文的研究结构框架。第二章阐述城市化涵义 与经济增长的理论基础，分别是古典增长理论，新古典增长理论与新增长理论。 第三章从两方面阐述城市化推动经济增长的作用机制，一方面是城市化推动经济 增长的效应分析，另一方面是城市化推动经济增长的动因分析。第四章从两方面 阐述经济增长促进城市化的作用机制与理论模型，一方面是经济增长促进城市化 的作用机制，另一方面是经济增长促进城市化的理论模型分析。第五章在已有理 论基础上，以江西省为例进行分析，从两方面展开，第一，采用1 9 8 0 - - - 2 0 0 9 年的 时间序列数据，运用协整检验、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应及方差分解的动态计 量方法对江西省城市化与经济增长的动态效应展开分析，结果表明江西省经济增 长与城市化之间存在长期均衡关系，城市化对经济增长的反向影响明显弱于经济 增长对城市化的正向冲击；第二，运用非参数方法，把城市化作为内生变量，类 似于索洛模型中的技术进步，引入到生产函数中，测算资本、劳动力和城市化的 产出弹性，再通过索洛余值法得到资本、劳动力、城市化和技术进步对经济增长 速度的贡献率，结果表明城市化成为带动江西经济增长的主要贡献因素。第六章 提出政策建议。 城市化因素的涉及面很广，城市化发展是个非常复杂的动态系统。本文对城 市化发展对经济增长的作用与贡献的研究只是一个量化的结果。在进一步的研究 中，可以使用更加准确的城市化水平度量方法，如多指标度量方法等；可以在资 本存量中添加土地要素，体现土地对经济增长的作用；可以考虑经济增长要素对 城市化发展的作用：可以采用面板数据增加样本量，并利用面板数据模型的参数、 半参数估计方法等，这些都是进一步的研究方向。 关键词：城市化；经济增长；动态效应；贡献率 2 a b s t r a c t a tp r e s e n t , c h i n 一种粗略的线性关系，即经济发展水平越高，城市化水平也越高。人口和经济向 城市集中是由于集聚经济和规模经济的作用，高水平的城市化使得在生活、生产、 管理、文化、科技等很多方面得到很大的进步，将促进整个社会经济的发展。我 国城市化水平在1 9 7 9 2 0 0 9 的三十年期间，从1 7 9 2 上升到4 6 6 0 ，提高了 2 8 6 8 ，平均每年增加0 9 2 个百分点1 9 7 9 1 9
