摘要 摘要 诺贝尔颁奖演说词是西方社会一种重要的文化现象，它是在某一主题的颁奖 典礼上，对获奖者的事迹所作的一种陈述评价性的礼仪文稿。通过这种宣读颁奖 词的方式，让大众了解获奖者的事迹以及所体现的一种超乎寻常的人格精神，从 而取得一种教育的效果。因此，它必须借助于优美的语言文字对获奖对象进行准 确的陈述与评价。颁奖演说词影响广泛，意义重大，是一种独特而重要的实用文 体。对它的研究不仅能进一步拓宽演讲文体的研究范畴，而且有助于读者更好地 欣赏这一文体，有助于演讲爱好者提高公众演讲语言运用技能，有助于大学英语 阅读及写作的教学。 本论文以普通文体学理论为依据，旨在通过系统地研究，揭示诺贝尔文学奖 颁奖词的文体特征。为了反映语言的变化趋势，本文从历时角度出发，采用定量 与定性相结合的方法，运用数据库软件c s t 对诺贝尔文学奖颁奖词语料库进行 统计分析。同时，与b r o w n 这个普通英语语料库进行对比，探讨诺贝尔文学 奖颁奖词文体的显著特点。 本文的分析基本按照“描写阐解一评价这三个步骤，在词汇、句法、 语义、情景语境因素分析等语言层面进行。词汇层面的分析主要涉及词长、词性 以及难词的使用等方面。句法层面的分析主要涉及旬长、句型、动词时态等方面。 语义层面的分析主要涉及衔接手法和修辞手段的运用。因为文体与修辞密切相 关，对修辞方式的分析是本层面的一个重点，主要包括明喻、隐喻、平行结构、 拟人、转喻等修辞手法。情景语境因素分析从语场、语旨及语式入手，深入探讨 了在特定的演讲场合，人物之间的关系对语言使用的影响。 本文研究发现：从词汇层来看，诺贝尔文学奖颁奖词的平均词长较长，多用 褒义形容词，第三人称代词使用频繁，难词较多，但难度指数呈下降趋势：从句 法层来看，句子较长，但随时代变迁，句子逐渐变短，陈述句占主体，一般现在 时和过去时使用频率较高；从语义层来看，各种修辞手法等语言技巧的运用使颁 奖词生动有力，富于激励性。从情景因素层来看，颁奖词具有正式书面语体的特 征，主要属于书面语体，但它同时也具有口语体的部分特征。诺贝尔文学奖颁奖 演说历经百年辉煌发展，颁奖词内容更客观，更易懂，信息量更大，从而更具吸 t h e s i s0 fm a s
