摘要 本论文主要研究的内容是口译质量评估的方法。文章在分析研究了前人大 量的研究成果后，提出衡量口译质量的最主要的三个因素为：源语，表达和用 户。因此，本论文提出口译质量评估应该从这三个方面出发，分别是以源语为 主导的口译质量评估、以表达为主导的口译质量评估和以用户为主导的口译质 量评估。逐一分析其对口译质量评估的影响后，本论文分别得出各自的评估方 法。 以源语为主导的口译质量评估即是要求口译要忠实于源语。口译忠实于源 语的程度就是口译的忠实度。为了能准确衡量口译忠实度，论文引入了权重和 模糊集合的概念，并提出了计算口译忠实度的方法，建立了相应的数学模型， 得到了量化的评价结果，增强口译忠实度评估的准确性和可靠性。 以表达为主导的口译质量评估就是研究如何用定量的方法判定口译能否被 正确理解。根据已有的研究成果，本文确定了两个主要的评估方面，一是语言 输出质量评估，二是表达质量评估，并进一步提出了七个准则来评估口译能否 被正确理解，然后利用模糊数学的方法来计算口译表达的等级。 以用户为主导的口译质量评估则要求口译者在口译时必须考虑用户的需 求。论文通过设计一次问卷调查以获得用户对口译的评价，利用统计学的方法 计算出用户满意度的具体数值。 根据以上三个方面评估所得到的结果以及各自对口译质量影响的不同，本
