摘要 摘要 在经济全球化的背景下，走出去已经成为每个企业的发展战略，本文以t c l 作为中国企业国际化的代表，通过对其所选择的战略模式的分析，对中国企业 的国际化进行了理论探讨和实证研究，探索中国企业国际化经营之路。 本文首先介绍了中国企业的走出去的三种战略途径，结合不同企业具有的 不同的特点，对三种国际化途径进行了利弊的比较。企业走出去是中国企业不 可避免的发展趋势，本文进而对中国企业走出去的动力进行了阐述。 在众多的企业中，t c l 因其特殊的国际化模式倍受关注。本文从t c l 在新 兴市场和欧美市场两个发展战略模式进行了分析。在新兴市场上，t c l 采取“从 易到难”的战略模式，选择和中国具有类似特点的东南亚国家市场进入，从而 加强了其国际化能力并积累了丰富的经验，为进入欧美市场提供了重要的帮助； 文章采用s w o t 方法和u m o d e l 理论对t c l 进入新兴市场的模式进行了分析。 在欧美市场上，t c l 实施了一系列的并购，由于欧美市场和亚洲市场的差异， 在获得一些优势的同时，t c l 也遇到了一系列的风险，因此，文章从机遇和风 险两方面对欧美市场进行了分析。 最后，本文指出，虽然t c l 在国际化进程中仍存在许多不足之处，但其先 进的国际化理念及卓越的管理经验值得中国企业学习和借鉴，企业应根据自身
