important for equipment installation . especially for drive units which has the drive relation or for same pump station concerned with related equipment . permanent measuring points must be set up after taking measuring work for longitudinal direction.The transversal center shows related dimensions of equipment . For equipment area , accurate measuring method will de used . The measuring points should be set up in accordance with actual situation .2、foundation check .checking foundation is .important work for installation equipment , The measuring work should be taken in accordance with installation standards .The requirment should follow the national standardsThe key work for foundation check is checking the elevations and positions of anchor bolts .3、Shims or spacers layoutThe layout of shims is the base of installation . The shims should follow the requirement of document .unless specified different in drawings .Chipping on foundation or seat grouting method will be used . Flat shims or slope shims can be used either one . seat grout method is accord to our company requirement which can assure the requirement of elevation and level .4、The alignment of equipment .The alignment for complete equipment includes leveling ,elevation ,For part of equipment , It should be assembled , aligning in order from seat , stand ,drive and aligning respectively .The alignment for level . elevation .vertical of equipment should be done at the same time .The option for reference point should be the machined surface of equipment , drive shaft , kinds of cores , slide rails etc . The optimum rule for alignment should be the same for designing , manufacture and installation .The methods of piano wire , theodolite ,and laser can be used for alignment .one of them will be chosen according to actual condition .5、The normal procedure for installation .The layout of measuring points foundation check clean equipment inspection layout of shims aligning base plate aligning stand vertical locate the center of drive second grouting pipe fitting preparation for commission function test for equipment.
