摘要 摘要 统计过程控带i j ( s p c ) 被广泛地应用于监控多种工业过程。关于s p c 的大部分 研究集中在控制图技术上。常用的控制图包括s h e w h a r t 控制图、c u s u m 控制图 和e w m a 控制图。s h e w h a r t 控制图可以有效地检测出过程中的大漂移，而c u s u m 控制图在小漂移情况下有更良好的表现。e w m a 控制图兼具二者的功能，也就是 说，大的权重取值让它在大漂移情况下表现良好，像一个s h e w h a r t 控制图，而小 的权重取值让它适用于小漂移情况，像一个c u s u m 控制图。所以，为了处理不同 的实际情况，我们可以选择不同权重的e w m a 控制从而都能达到很好的效果。 众所周知，净出口是拉动国内总产出( g d p ) 的三架马车之一。而一个国家 经济的发展正是通过g d p 的增长来衡量。然而，为了经济的健康发展，我们必须 努力保持经济的内外部均衡。外债是净出口的一个组成部分，它对经济的外部均 衡起着非常重要的作用。适当的使用外债可以加速经济的发展，特别是对发展中 国家更是如此，但是过度而错误的加大外债的使用往往会导致债务危机，诱发金 融危机，从而破坏经济体系。所以，预测进而避免一个潜在的债务危机对于一个 国家的经济发展是非常重要的且是必要的。 本文利用了一个单边的e w m a 控制图来评估一个国家的外债风险，特别对中 国的债务情况进行了分析，并且成功检测出了中国以往债务风险的过度暴露。另 外，同样的方法，我们对阿根廷和巴西的外债状况分析也取得了较好的效果。这个 模型可以让使用者足够早的发现一个国家的可能导致债务危机的金融困境。通过 这个模型，我们一般可以提前大约4 年发现一个国家的债务偿还困难的危机。这一 点有着重要的应用，因为领导者可以有足够的时间去调整他在这个国家的投资， 从而避免或者减少其金融风险暴露，减少不必要的损失。 关键词：风险评估；外债危机；e w m a ；多维a r m a 过程；主成份分析 a b s t r a c t a b s t r a c t s t a t i s t i c a lp r o c e s sc o n t r o l ( s p c ) h a sb e e nw i d e l yu s e dt om o n i t o rv a r i o u si n d u s -
