摘要 随着全球一体化进程的加快，国际交流同益频繁。英语是中国在政治、经济、文化 等方面进行国际交流的工具，用于表达中国政府的观点，传扬中国文化。中国在国际交 流中，不可避免而且有必要使用中国英语，达到保持和彰显中国语言和文化身份，跨文 化交际的目的。国内外发行的英文报刊，致力于向国际上其他国家全面介绍中国政治、 经济、文化、社会、艺术和旅游诸方面的情况。其中的多数文章是由中国的双语作者写 成，文章中使用中国英语来介绍中国的方方面面，因此报刊中的中国英语是中国英语的 一个代表。中国英语和翻译是紧密相连的，因为实际上中国特有的事物和意念在国际交 流中是被从汉语翻译成英语的，因此从翻译的角度来研究中国英语是非常有必要的 然而对中国英语的研究多是从语言学的角度进行的，鲜有学者从翻译理论的角度来研究 中国英语，这个领域的研究需要更多的关注。 本文从目的论和异化翻译策略理论的角度来研究报刊中的中国英语，了解报刊中 中国英语的使用规律及其读者接受效果。作者从英语报刊中选取了蕴涵典型的中国英语 的文本，依此设计了一份调查问卷，调查英语为母语者对中国英语的反应。通过对问卷 及其调查结果的分析，作者发现：中国英语遵循了目的论的目的法则，连贯性法则和忠 实性法则：在表达中国特有的事物和意念时，异化翻译策略是被优先使用的，归化翻译 策略起到辅助作用，以此来达到在国际交流中保持和彰显中国语占和文化身份，传扬 中国文化的目的。中国英语，作为中国国际交流的产物，实现了其彰显中国身份，传扬 中国文化以及跨文化交流的功能。此外，对中国文化的背景介绍以及文本上下文语境都 有助于外国读者更好地理解和接受中国英语。 本文共分五章：第一章简要介绍了研究动机，研究目的，研究方法和论文的整体 结构。第二章对世界英语和中国英语的研究进行了回顾，比较了中国英语和中式英语两 个易混淆的概念，最后对中国英语的语言特征进行了描述。第三章从目的论和异化翻译 策略理论的角度阐释了中国英语。第四章对本文作者所选报刊文本中的中国英语进行了 分类描述，并分析了调查的结果。第五章是结论部分，对本研究的结果进行了总结，概 括了本研究的主要发现和主要局限，提出了对今后研究的一些建议。
