内容摘要 当今世界，计算机及其网络发展速度惊人，它以迅雷不及掩耳之 势渗透到社会生活的方方面面，并形成所谓的计算机文化，网络文化， 网络文明。相伴而来的是出现大量与这种新兴文化相关的隐喻。众多 学者从不同角度对计算机及网络隐喻进行研究并撰文著书。f 但以往研 究存在两方面问题：一是大部分研究是关于图形隐喻并探讨如何把它 应用n g t n ( 计算机图形界面) 、软件开发或网站建设上，而没有涉及隐 喻性语言；二是一部分研究虽然涉及隐喻性语言，但仅把其看作一种 ， 修辞手段，囿于传统的隐喻理论框架对计算机隐喻进行研究。基于此，土 笔者撰写本文尝试运用当代最具影响的两大认知隐喻理论，即l a k o f f 的概念隐喻理论和f a u c o r m i e r 的概念合成理论，从认知角度对计算机及 其网络稳喻性语言做系统性的研究。 莱考夫( l a k o i f , 1 9 9 3 ) 认为隐喻不仅仅是语言问题，而是一种思维和 推理。语言是第二位的，隐喻性语言只是隐喻性概念的表层实现形式。 l a k o f f 的理论简洁清楚，对固着度( e n t r e n e h m e n 0 较高的常规隐喻有较强 的解释力，但由于这一理论的局限性如：映射的单向性，直接性等使 它难以圆满地解释所有隐喻现象；而f a u c o n n i e r 的概念合成理论则弥补 了这一不足，f a u c o r m i e r 认为l a k o f f 的双域模式只是四空间模式的特例， f a u c o n n i e r 在解释隐喻时涉及到多个空问，多种映射，并用层创结构对 机及网络隐喻的研究，本文试图回答以下一些问题：一、如何理解计 算机及网络的概念：二、计算机及网络的概念对英语词汇有何影响。 通过大量语言例证，本文作者提出隐喻是我们理解计算机及网络的基 础，已有的计算机及网络隐喻极大地丰富了英语词汇，对英语语言的 发展产生了巨大影响的观点。 1 本文虽运用两大认知隐喻理论对计算机及网络隐喻做了较为详实 的论述，但仍存在着这样或那样的不足之处，尤其是本文所用语料来 自英语，只是侧重于英语语言文化背景下的计算机及网络隐喻的探讨， 对于其它语言文化背景下的计算机及网络隐喻没有涉厘，对予计算机 及网络隐喻的文化性这一问题还有待更为深入的研究。；，、
