摘要 国际谈判一直是跨文化研究的主要对象。许多研究都已经证明：文化差异对 跨文化谈判的诸多方面都影响颇大。本文主要是研究文化对谈判风格的影响。不 同的是，本文是以一个特殊的群体一中国石化采购谈判手一为研究对象。中国石 化大型国企的地位、强大的实力、垄断的市场地位、大宗采购的特点及其谈判手 的专业性，都赋予了中国石化进行采购的谈判人员的特殊性，因此取中国石化采 购谈判手作为跨文化研究的对象，探究文化对该群体谈判风格的影响，从而对今 后从跨文化角度研究谈判以及对谈判手的培训具有一定意义。 本文作者在中国石化国际事业有限公司实习期间，通过对谈判的观察以及与 经验丰富的谈判手的交谈，发现了一个意想不到的现象：这些谈判手对文化在跨 国谈判中所起的作用都不以为然：中国石化的谈判手，尤其是进行采购的谈判 手，都以一种咄咄逼人的竞争方式来进行日常谈判。这个现象与p y e ，g o h 以及 h e n d o n 以往做过的研究大相径庭：他们的研究则认为由于受传统的中国文化的影 响，中国谈判手总是比较被动、温和、看重关系的。这个差异出乎作者意料，因 此本文试图探究在中国石化进行采购的谈判手咄咄逼人、竞争的谈判方式的表面 下，有哪些深层次原因，以及文化在此过程中发挥了怎样的作用。 本文首先回顾了以往p v e ，g o h 以及h c n d o n 在文化对谈判风格的影响方面 所做的研究，然后借助c c l l i c h 和j a i n 的理论模型提出本文的理论框架并做了深入 分析。该模型以任务定位，关系定位这个文化层面为基础，将谈判风格分为五类： 规避型( d o d g i n g ) ，梦想型( d r e 棚i n g ) ，争论型( h a g g l i n g ) ，竞争型 ( c o m p e t i n g ) 和解决问题型( p r o b l e m s o l v i i l g ) 。之后作者就中国石化采购谈判 手的谈判风格以及文化在此过程中发挥的作用提出假设，菇通过理论分析、问卷 调查、采访以及谈判案例分析，来验证“中国石化采购谈判手的谈判风格是竞争 型”， “文化在此风格的形成过程中的作用是有限的”这两个假设。本文最终揭 示了中国石化采购谈判手的主要谈判风格是解决问题型和竞争型。形成竞争的谈 判风格的主要原因是中国石化在中国市场上垄断的地位，以及对供应商而言与中 石化进行采购交易本身所具有的战略意义。与这些原因相比，文化在此过程中所 发挥的作用不但不是显著的，反而是有限的。然而此种竞争型谈判风格也仅仅限 于中国石化谈判手在国内根据每年预算进行的大批量采购上，当采购谈判手走出 国门来到国际市场上、根据业主和合同要求进行采购时，情况会有所不同。根据
