_ _ _ _ _ _ _七、合作期限Seven, the term of cooperation7.1、本協議有效期暫定為一年,若合作專案沒有任何進展則經甲、乙雙方簽字蓋章之日生效起的一年後終止,若合作專案進展順利,甲方或甲方推薦的金融機構、投資機構、戰略投資人或合作夥伴在合作開發的專案競爭中入圍中標,則本協議有效期延長至合作專案銷售封盤為止。In 7.1, the effective
