research progress in low-carbon cities and planning in the west and china and the implications a thesis submitted to chongqing university in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of master of engineering by meng lili supervised by prof.yang peifeng major：urban planning and design college of architecture and urban planning of chongqing university，chongqing，china jun，2011 中文摘要 i 摘 要 世界城市化及工业化的快速推进产生的 co2排放引起的气候变暖已成为全球 性的问题，我国正处于城市化的高速发展期，城市经济的不断发展、城市规模的 不断扩张致使城市工业及交通等引起的碳排放剧增。由此掀起了低碳城市与低碳 城市规划的研究热潮，众多城市亦踊跃投入轰轰烈烈的实践之中；西方国家由于 超前的工业化和城市化在低碳城市研究方面先行一步，中国在低碳理论及实践方 面也在积极探索。中西方的研究都积累了一定的经验及教训，对其的总结具有重 要的现实意义和理论价值。本文正是基于此背景及高校基金项目课题研究 的需要， 对中西方的低碳城市及规划的理论和实践进行综述评价，并进行比较分析，从中 得到启示，对中国低碳城市空间规划研究进行思考。 本研究主要从以下四个方面展开： 1）综述城市规划领域内关于低碳城市的主要研究成果，通过与其他相关城市 的概念辨析，深入挖掘低碳城市的内涵，总结提出低碳城市的动态性、可持续、 技术性、开放性特征。 2）采用文献研究法从规划策略、规划内容、规划实施三方面对中西方的低碳 城市规划理论进行分析总结；利用比较研究法对中西方的低碳城市规划研究方法 应用、内容侧重及研究历程进行比较研究。 3）利用案例研究法对现有低碳城市规划建设实践研究进行归纳，并总结其主 要实践模式，分析典型案例，总结其成败经验；研究现有低碳城市规划编制实践 的内容特征，并总结其技术方法创新。 4）通过以上的研究，从中获得启示，对中国的低碳城市空间规划研究进行探 讨。从对低碳城市空间规划的内涵解析出发；提出宏观、中观、微观三个层面的 低碳城市空间规划的策略；对编制案例进行研究，从编制框架、内容、方法上对 中国低碳城市空间规划的编制进行优化；并以政策、经济、社会三个方面探索低 碳城市规划的实施问题。 最后总结研究的主要结论，并提出进一步的研究方向。 关键词：关键词：低碳城市，研究动态，低碳城市规划，低碳城市空间规划 项目名称：重庆大学 2011 年中央高校基本科研业务费科研专项自然科学类项目（面上） ；题目： 复杂地形对低碳城市建设影响及空间规划对策；资助类别：面上项目；项目编号：cdjzr11 19 00 01 重庆大学硕士学位论文 ii 英文摘要 iii abstract climate change caused by co2 emissions produced in rapid advance of world urbanization and industrialization has become a global problem. china is in a period of rapid development of urbanization, the increasing development of urban economy, expansion of urban scale makes carbon emissions caused by city industry and transportation increasing severely, which set off a low-carbon and low-carbon urban planning urban studies boom, and many cities are actively put into the practice of vigorous; stepping ahead of low-carbon city research in western countries because of its advance in industrialization and urbanization, the chinese theory of the low-carbon and practice are also actively exploring，chinese and western studies have accumulated some experience and lessons, makes the summary of the theory and practice in low -carbon city and low-carbon urban planning valuable practically and theoretically in china and the west.based on this background and consider the research need of universities fund projects on low-carbon city. this article is to review and elevate the theory and practice of low-carbon city and low-carbon urban planning in china and the west, then compare them and discuss. at last，consider low-carbon urban spatial planning in china from the implication. four aspects were discussed as follows in this thesis: 1) summary the key findings of low-carbon city on the field of urban planning. discrimination with other related concepts city, digging deeper into the connotation of low-carbon city, the article sums up dynamic, sustainable, technical and open characteristics of low-carbon city. 2) analyze and summarize research planning theory in low-carbon city by means of literature research from planning strategy, planning content, planning implementation; study urban planning research methods, content focused and research process of low -carbon city in china and western a by comparative method. 3) summarize the main mode of practice and construction existing in low-carbon urban planning using case study method, and summarize the success or failure of the typical experience of case studies;
