沦文共分四章。第一章为“前言”，笔者简要介绍了阿尔比的作品及影响阿 尔比创作的几个因素，说明选择两部作品的原因。相当多的剧评家不认为阿尔比 是个荒诞派作家，但笔者从荒诞派戏剧的定义着手论证他作品的荒诞性。第二章 是对动物园的故事的研究。主要分析人物的存在状态：孤独而渴求无法实现 的交流，语言成为交流的障碍。存在的意像，独自的运用均是荒诞派戏剧的特色， 而其中语言的不可靠性、延异和文本的不确定性反映了解构的要旨。第三章的对 谁害怕弗吉尼亚沃尔夫? 的研究。人物表现的是人类愿望的无法实现，一 切都是无效、无益。剧作的语言重复、含糊，充分反映了语言的无限不稳定性。 其中多组_ 儿对立的解构揭示了阿尔比试图表达的存在的荒诞本质。第四章为 “结论”，笔者认为，通过对上述两剧的剖析证明阿尔比的作品不仅表现了荒诞 派戏剧的主题，即人渴求交流但无法实现，无助、无力且无望；而且5 口j 尔比也抛 却戏剧的创作传统，采用独自、重复、含糊等其他荒诞派剧作家常用的手段创作， 他的长篇独自及创造的“伪现实”场景丰富了荒诞派戏剧。最后论文指出，阿尔 比对人类存在的理解包含许多解构的中心要旨，其作品的荒诞性在一定程度上预 演了作为后结构主义一部分的解构主义浪潮。 关键词：阿尔比：荒诞；动物园的故事：谁害怕弗吉尼亚沃尔夫?
