According to provinces arrangements, I Center has arrangements Gong青海省西宁市观门街小学“知识与技能教学中的德育”中期课题总结一位教育家说过教学如果没有进行德育,就只是一种没有目的的手段;德育如果没有课堂教学,就是一种失去手段的目的。”由此可见,在知识与技能教学中渗透德育有其重要的意义。本着实现“在知识与技能教学中渗透德育教学”的学校教育, “时时刻刻渗透德育”的教育环境,实施“在知识与技能教学中渗透德育”的教育与管理,培育具有德育思想的学生这一研究目标,现将我校中期课题研究成果在此作一简单汇报:我校于2011年5月向中国教育学会中小学德育研究分会申报了题为“知识与技能教学中的德育”德育课题,随后在校内召开开题会议,将课题申报的背景、理论价值、实践意义、课题研究所要达到的目标、研究的内容设计、研究过程实施步骤向所有课题组会员进行了汇报。在同年6月,课题正式进入了实施阶段,我们将课题研究结果进行了汇总和提炼,形成了(一)、关于本课题研究的现实成果:我们认为:建立开放的学校教育教学系统,拓展学生学习、生活、交往、实践的空间;让课堂焕发新的生命活力,让校园成为师生共同的精神乐园,使教室、校园、社区都成为学生学习、活动的场所,都成为学生生命发展的空间。这样三位一体的“大课堂”,使得学生在其中传递生命的气息,关注生命的价值,感受生命的成长让学校教育回归到“道德”的“本真”中来,特别是异彩纷呈、别具特色的“校园课堂”这块阵地。1、 教书育人,重视校园文化建设:我校近年来对校园文化建设进行了很大的投入,在甬道、橱窗、大厅中制作了以弟子规内容的浮雕墙、展现校园生活的师生活动剪影的展板等,希望能够从富有文化内涵、充满时代感的校园文化中潜移默化的对学生进行熏陶和感染。文化学科课堂教学的德育渗透是学校贯穿德育教育必不可缺的重要途径。普遍关注知识传授过程中的思想教育、道德影响;在思想品德、语数英、体音美等学科教学中,归纳、总结出行之有效的德育渗透方法、途径。课堂教学才会实现科学性与人文性、知识性与思想性的和谐统一。在课题研究最初,小组成员一起探寻新课程理念对课堂生活中教师观、学生观、教学观、课堂组织管理和环境的道德需求;通过现行学校课堂生活中的道德问题、教师与学生对课堂生活满意度和幸福感的调查研究,推理出师生对理想的课堂的期盼,即在道德课堂中发挥作用的主要因素是什么;通过优秀教师的课堂教学经验总结和课堂教学典型的分析,提炼出道德课堂的核心理念、道德课堂的价值追求;通过外校的好的课堂德育教学经验校内优秀教师在教学过程中总结提炼的教学方法中归纳出了一套课堂教学中渗透德育的教学案例。实施素质教育首先是思想观念的转变,而思想观念转变的一个重要途径就是在实施素质教育过程中进行德育渗透,充分利用素质教育的主阵地课堂,课堂教学既是学校传授文化知识和技能的阵地,又是德育的重要阵地,应该在这个阵地上充分传授知识和技能,积极渗透品德教育,充分发挥每一学科的德育功能,对实施素质教育的主体学生,进行思想渗透和灌输。我们以语文教学为例,将提炼总结的部分方法做出一个统计:小学语文教学渗透德育的途径 1课堂教学。课堂教学是进行德育的主要场所。它以教材为本,教材中有极其丰富的德育内容,诸如爱国主义、艰苦奋斗、民族自豪感等。所以,应该把语文教学与德育工作相结合的重点放在课堂教学上。 (1)讲析理解法。在课堂教学中应实施德育与智育相统一的教学方法。不能离开语文训练去进行德育,更不能让语文训练从属于德育。在语文教学中,要引导学生通过语言文字来正确理解课文的思想内容,且在领会思想内容的基础上加深对语言文字的理解,以收到语文教学应有的效果。学习课文时,应使学生学好语言文字。了解字、词、句的含义,把德育渗透到语言文字的讲析中,以达到智育与德育的自然融合。 (2)情感熏陶法。教师讲授课文应该以与课文语境相适应的情感介绍资料,模拟真实情境以制造氛围,使学生似身临其境,在创设的情境中、在强烈的氛围中投入学习,从而使学生获得更真实、更深刻的体会。利用一些艺术手段再现课文所描写的情境,把它直观再现在学生的眼前,能有效地达到教师所期望的情感效果。讲授课文十里长街送总理时创设的情景,就收到了良好效果课前,两盆郁郁葱葱的万年青置放在讲台的一角,片片白花点缀其间,更显示了它的高尚与肃穆;录音机里播放着震动人们心扉的贝多芬交响乐 葬礼进行曲,如泣如诉、低沉悲壮。教师身着灰色西装,神情悲哀而庄重。在这种气氛下,学生对周总理的哀悼之情油然而生,学生与教师的情感自然就达成了统一。 (3)榜样学习法。品德基础的建立不是靠长篇大论的说教,而是用榜样的砖块一天一天铺砌起来的。语文教师一定要用好教材,借助教材为学生树立起榜样。在教学中,鼓励学生向文章中的人物学习,从而达到德育的目的。例如,可以通过我不能失信等课文进行诚信的教育;通过赵州桥等课文进行民族自豪感的教育。 2语文课外活动。通过语文课外活动对学生进行德育是语文教育的组成部分之一。语文课外活动能丰富学生的语文知识,促进学生语文能力的提高和思想品德的熏陶。活动的设计要贴近学生的思想实际并注重层次性和针对性。例如针对小学生处于幼稚、不成熟、独立性与依赖性相交织且其行为富于模仿性的特点;课外活动要坚持选择正面良好的榜样,以培养其优良品质、积极进取精神、社会主义道德情操和爱国主义情感。可以通过举办革命诗歌朗诵会、名人成功故事会等形式开展语文课外活动。通过这些活动渗透道德教育,把语文能力训练与品德培养有机地结合起来,寓德育于语文课外活动中。 3课外阅读。课外阅读是语文德育实施的重要途径之一。积极开展内容丰富、形式多样的语文课外阅读,不仅有利于培养学生良好的意志品格,而且有助于培养学生高尚的道德情操。教师应该针对学生的年龄特征、兴趣爱好、思想实际,向学生推荐有关读物,列出书目引导学生去读;并加强阅读指导,激发学生课外阅读的兴趣,教给他们读书方法,特别是评价与欣赏的方法,使学生从阅读中有所收获。例如针对某些学生阅读时只注意故事情节,就要教育他们在阅读文艺作品时要掌握作品的思想内容,看到它的社会意义。从中受到有益的感染。一本好书相当于一位良师益友,不仅可以扩大学生的知识面,提高学习成绩,而且还能培养学生刻苦学习、战胜困难的奋斗精神,所以应该鼓励学生订阅书刊杂志,使学生扩大视野,提高思想觉悟。 4教师的影响。学生的思想品德主要由教师来培养。语文教学中,语文教师是学生直接的榜样,教师的情感、态度对学生有着最直接、最重要的影响。教师在课堂上进行品德教育,在课后言行一致、以身作则,以优雅的仪表、文明的谈吐树立起良好的形象,就会对学生道德风貌的健康培养起到良好的表率作用,成为学生的镜子。研究组成员在自己的每堂教案中都充分挖掘教材的德育教学素材,课题小组每月收集一份有代表意义的教学案例。我校还以新课程改革为契机,成功推动校本课程框架的构建,在校本课的资助创编和教学方面取得了素质教育的新发展我校经过近几年的研究编写,已成功撰写出一套符合我校校园文化、富有地方特色的校本课程教材,在每周三下午的综合实践课上进行集体教学。 教学成果在每年的艺术节中进行展示。营造氛围,开辟教学教育互动共优的第二课堂。配合学科知识竞赛,本课题的研究触角全面伸向各兴趣小组活动,课余的音乐、书法、美术、微机、国学经典诵读、科技制作等辅导、竞赛都围绕课题研究内容展开,既开拓学生得知识视野, 又增强实践能力;黑板报评比一举多得,在考查学习情况的同时,强化道德教育的宣传,提高美学素养;文化艺术节更是全面检阅学生素质的大舞台。校园文化建设体现了寓教于乐的教育创新和教学智慧, 实现了课题研究向成果转换的典型性和普遍性的结合。 (二)关于本课题研究的文本成果: 1、课题组成员每人撰写出一篇科研论文;有年级举行科研为主题的知识竞赛; 2、研制、开发一批现代网络技术环境下的课堂教学多媒体课件, 诸多音像、图影资料,这些资料都是对本课题研究成果的实录。 3、整理、出版德育课堂整合的校本课程教材、教案、课例文集。 其中包括:第一部分,基础课目(以适应学校当前普遍德育特征为内容的课程,按年份排序,以本课程教学德育渗透现状与我校特征分析构成导语,以教学设计内容构成构想,以课例内容构成学案 。第二部分,选修课目(以适应学校各年级相应德育主题特征为内容的课程) 。第三部分,教育本记(含课题研究开展记事,教师教育论文等) 。 (三)课题成果的影响和社会效益 本课题在我区教科研专家的指导下,循序渐进地开展研究,学校领导高度重视,学校科研氛围较浓。在校长室的领导下,学校各处、 室给予研究大力支持和配合。课题研究在以各年级组为基本单位展开。 学校教导处定期组织课题组成员学习, 组织 “班主任交流会” 与课题研究讲座研究的广泛开展。这些都为本课题研究顺利开展造就了人气环境和科研基地。 学校在科研硬件上也有很大的投入,为每位科室备了一台电脑, 每台电脑均链接因特网, 这大大方便了参加本课题研究人员对科研资料的查找、科研理论的学习,课题研究的合理化设计建议都可在网络上及时反馈 。其次,全面开放“校园课堂”。“校园课堂”是一种有目的、有选择地优化人的生命、提升人的生命质量的生活。因此,我校以“课程”的思想和弹性管理理念来设计并组织校园文化与活动,形成独具特的“生活世界”,让个性在这个“世界”生长。学校全天候开放图书馆、实验室、语音室、网络教室、劳技教室、扩大学生实验、实践、探究的时间和空间;让学生在老师的指导下进行广播、节目和校报、墙报、黑板报、橱窗的策划、编辑、播出、评比工作;切实开展各种社团、兴趣小组活动和每年一度的科技节、文化节、艺术节、体育节等,把校园文化建设纳入“课堂系列”,使“校园课堂”成为巩固、拓展“教室课堂”的阵地和学生展现特长、张扬个性、丰富生活的乐园。第三,切实延伸“社区课堂”,侧重体验性。走向社会过程是对校园学习生活升华和超越,它能使学生把人类的经验副入到自己的生活中来,领悟到校园学习过程本身所蕴涵的道德、审美意义乃至人的生命意义,因此,一方面,我校与青海高原生物研究所、青海省科技馆、青海省博物馆等单位建立了社会实践基地,组织学生进行社会实践,开展社会调查、社区服务和研究性学习,把学校课堂知识的学习与“社区课堂”的学习结合起来,引导学生投入到绚丽多姿的现实生活中去,关注科学的飞速发展,关注层出不穷的社会热点,关注鲜活的政治现象,关注民族的、国家的、人类的命运。另一方面,聘请相关专家、学者和法制辅导员来校讲学讲座,拓宽学生的社会知识视野,提高学生的创新意识。同时,开设校内网吧,让学生在经过学校网络管理中心过滤的网络世界中,接触“社区课堂”,了解世界,拓宽视野。第四、我校课题组适时开展校园环境建设,重视班主任培训, 邀请专家指导,建立校园文明活动,普及教科研知识学习竞赛活动等创新举措,都得到校长室的重视和采纳。学校建立了一支校内外的德育交流室, 联系家庭关心学校教育的家长学校代表,每年召开学校、班级、家庭三方恳谈会,经常邀请家长观摩德育课堂授课方式,检查课堂教学中渗透德育的情况。 本课题研究的宗旨是为了在开展文化教学的同时,有机渗透思想政治教育,全面强化青少年学生的德育素质。课题研究的成效,最终以宗旨的实现为鉴别依据。 我校的素质教育特别是德育工作在最近几年来取得的突出成绩,从某种程度上说,和本课题研究的深化、优化密不可分。我们相信,随着课题成果的逐一物化, 必将进一步提高 我校知识与技能教学中的德育工作。外商投资企业需改变登记注册事项,应当及时办理变更登记。变更项目应在报经原审批机关批准后30天内向登记主管机关申请办理变更登记。improve, security prevention capacity obviously enhanced, security hidden and security accident obviously reduced, effective guarantees information health development.
