学习外语时的焦虑。而语境幽默化就会使学习者“放松警惕 ，其焦虑程度就会降低， 知识的输入就会被注意到并且进入学习者的思维体系( k r a s h e n , 1 9 8 2 ) 。毫无疑问，幽 默能够帮助建立这种焦虑度低的环境。本文试从词汇教学的语境幽默化这一全新的角度 来讨论外语词汇教学问题。 ，一为了证明语境幽默化会产生更好的词汇记忆效果，作者在高中一年级的两个平行班 级进行实验。用两种不同的语境来展示相同的组单词：实验组通过言语幽默来组织语 境，而对照组则使用非幽默语境。通过比较两组数据的结果发现言语幽默会产生更佳的 记忆效果。因此，有理由相信语境幽默化会是可以作为强化记忆手段而被应用在词汇教 学中的。由于幽默在词汇教学中有显而易见的帮助，因此本文所探讨的内容在改进英语 词汇教学的层面上具有一定的现实意义。
