QUALITY POLICY / 质量政策 3.1. Introduction / 介绍 According to the “Terms of reference” (Annex 1 HFO 012), the quality policy of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery is corresponding to a global and permanent reasoning, using each day a process approach conformed to ISO 9001:2000 requirements in order to satisfy our customers and to meet the market needs. 依照“授权范围参考”(Annex 1 HFO 012),xxx 皮手套厂有限公司和 xxx 皮厂的质量 政策符合全球的和持久的推论,每天使用的程序都是按照 ISO 9001:2000 的要求实施的, 为了满足我们的消费者和市场的需要。 Global reasoning, since the quality policy affects all the companies fields, to serve our customers. The quality concept of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery xxx 皮 手套 厂有限公司和 xxx 皮厂的质量概念 “It is the customer that provide us a living” This is the fundamental value of the companies, present in the spirit of each man or woman of Xxx Safety Ltd. and Xxx Tannery. This value is representative of one priority: to get the satisfaction of the customer. PURPOSE, SCOPE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY MANUAL 质量手册的目的、范围和管理 4.1. Purpose / 目的 This Quality manual must answer to: -The employees of the companies which are looking for a better understanding of the quality system and of the quality organization. -Our suppliers who take part to our projects. -Our customers whose we must deserve their confidence. -Each organism who wish to know our Quality management system. 质量手册必须适用于: -期待容易理解的质量体系和质量组织的公司员工 -参与我们计划的供应商 -必须是值得我们信任的消费者 -想了解我们的质量管理体系每一个组织. The sequencing of the responsibilities and of the Quality measures using a process approach characterizes the organization of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery. Scope and exclusions of the Quality Manual / 质量手册的范围和排除的细节 The Quality Manual applies to the whole activities of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery located in Dalang Industrial Park, Gaoyao city, Guangdong province. There is no requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard excluded. 质量手册将应用于位于广东省高要市小湘镇大朗工业园的 xxx 皮手套厂有限公司和 xxx 皮厂的全部行为。对 ISO 9001:2000 标准没有排除细节的要求。 4.3. Management of the Quality Manual / 质量手册的管理 The Quality manual and the procedures are managed (creation, deployment, update and storage) according the “Quality documents and records management” (HFO 001). 依照“质量文件和记录管理” (HFO 001) 来管理质量手册和程序 (编制、部署、更新 和储存)。 All the procedures mentioned in this Quality Manual are confidential and cannot be looked outside of the companies. The Quality Manual can have an external deployment (request of customers, certification organisms.). 质量手册提到的所有程序都是公司的机密,一般情况下不能流传到公司之外。但质 量手册可以在外部署(在客户、鉴定机构的要求下)。 5. DEFINITIONS / 定义 5.1. General vocabulary relating to the Quality / 关于质量的普通词汇 The vocabulary used in our Quality Management system is determined according to ISO 9001:2000 standard. 依照 ISO 9001:2000 标准来确定我们用于质量管理体系的词汇 5.2. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM / 质量管理系统 6.1. Presentation of the system / 系统介绍 The Quality system of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery is essentially based on ISO 9001 standard requirements. This system covers all the activities of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery. Responsibilities concerning the Quality system / 关于质量体系的职责 The General Management (Board) is in charge of drawing up and brings into play the Quality policy for Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery. 综合管理(董事会)负责起草和实施 xxx 皮手套厂有限公司和 xxx 皮厂的质量政策。 The management of the quality is a delegation of the General Management.
