知风格和年龄等因素。歧义容忍度作为一项情感因素已被发现对外语学习有紧密的 联系( n a i m a n ，f r o h l i c h ，& t o d e s c o ，1 9 7 8 ；c h a p e l l e & r o b e r t s ，1 9 8 6 ；e l y , 1 9 8 9 ；m c l a i n 1 9 9 3 ) 。外语学习是一个不断产生高度歧义的过程。外语的语音、词汇、句法、语篇 乃至文化背景对学习者来说几乎都是全新的。外语这种与母语的差异性使学习者常 常处于高度的不确定状态，导致学习者焦虑程度提高，自信心减弱，动机水平降低。 研究歧义容忍度与大学英语学习者学习效果问的相关关系，不仅有利于学生增强对 自身的了解，还可以为教师根据学生的个体差异因材施教提供依据，帮助他们正确 对待和适度容忍学习中出现的新的语言现象、文化现象，提高对歧义现象的容忍程 度，愉快的体验外语学习，提高学习成效。本文以某大学3 0 名非英语专业一年级 本科生为受试对象，主要采用调查问卷及测试的形式，并通过s p s s l 3 0 软件对所收集 数据、资料等进行定量分析、处理及描述，从听、说、读、写四个方面综合探讨了 中国大学英语学习者模糊容忍度与他们英语学习成绩之间的关系，同时也试图从语 言输入、输出和听觉、视觉的角度考察歧义容忍度与听、说、读、写之间的相关程 度是否具有明显差异。由于大量研究表明英语学习者学习策略使用与他们的英语学 习成绩和歧义容忍度水平之间都存在着显著的关联，本文将采用偏相关的统计方 i ：! ! 丝竺! 丝型生竺! 塑塑! 型兰! ! 堡罂生坚! 塑墨竺翌! 堡兰竺! 竺竺翌：竺望：竺 法，在控制学习策略的作用的条件下考察歧义容忍度与大学英语学习者学习效果间
