(B) the measures in order to solve the problems existing in the financial management of villages and towns, further文化路社区创建书香社区汇报材料创建书香社区、提升素质能力是社区党员干部加强党性修养、坚定理想信念、提升精神境界、增强服务能力的重要途径,也是推进辖区居民提升素质、邻里和谐共处、社区稳定发展的重大举措,意义深远,责任重大。在新形势文化改革发展要求下,我社区坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,贯彻落实科学发展观,践行党的群众路线,以“建设书香社区、提高人文素养”为指导,引领全社区居民从自身做起,从点滴做起,培养浓厚的读书兴趣,养成良好的读书习惯,营造人人热爱读书、善于读书的氛围,积极践行“阅读生活化、学习终生化”的学习理念。现将我社区在创建书香社区活动中的主要工作汇报如下:一、社区基本情况文化路社区位于园林二路20号,范围东起园林路、南邻槐荫大道、西接城站路、北至文化路,总面积0.3平方公里,居民3898户,共计12689人,驻区单位12个,覆盖的小区有市委机关大院,1个物业管理小区宇辉星城,19个单位宿舍。社区有低保户180 户,共计 451人,残疾人86 人,其中精神病人19 人,80岁以上的高龄老人313 人。一个党总支 ,两个支部,社区支部党员32人,综合支部党员36人,合计68人。工作人员7名,网格员7名,共计14名。 二、结合社区实际,明确建设书香社区的目标 我社区明确提出了“建设书香社区,创建阅读特色”的发展策略,并写进社区长远发展目标中。 (1)在街道党工委的大力支持下,社区工作人员积极倡导宣传“书香为伴”的思想,将朴素的“读书是一种需要”上升为“读书是一种有益的生活方式”,促进居民提高业务素质,享受阅读、享受教育、享受人生。 (2)在居民中倡导“与好书交朋友”的思想,以新颖活动、形式多样的读书活动为载体激发居民的读书兴趣,培养居民读好书、好读书的良好习惯,让读书渐渐成为社区居民的一种生活方式,提高自身知识水平。 (3)营造浓厚的“书香氛围”,形成良好的阅读习惯,让社区里处处充溢着浓浓的书香气息,打造有特色的书香社区。 三、整体规划,注重落实 创建书香社区是一项长远的工程,为了让这项工程有步骤按程序、顺利地实施,我们制定了详细的活动方案,整体规划活动的开展,不断完善做法,不断提高效果。在活动的过程中,落实了以下措施: (1)加强组织领导。我们将建设书香社区活动纳入了社区文化建设的一项重大内容来实施,成立了以社区主任为组长的领导小组,制定活动计划,完善组织、指导活动的实施。 (2)加强社区农家书屋建设,完善管理。我们不断投入添置图书,使农家书屋藏书量达5000多册。及解决了居民多样化、多层次的需求,又解决了居民“买书难、借书难、看书难”的问题,社区选派了专职人员担任图书管理员。 (3)制定图书室借阅管理制度,图书统一编目,分类陈列,方便居民借阅,合理安排居民进图书室阅读时间,提高图书使用率,图书室已成为居民借书读书的开放的港湾。 四、创建良好的读书环境氛围 (1)加强社区“书香”环境的建设。我们深知环境育人的道理,不断完善社区的文化建设。在图书室里设置了读书标语,增设了阅览橱窗,并不断更新内容,让社区处处充满书香。“文化墙”展示了孩子们的智慧;利用黑板报、宣传栏展示居民的作品,从而营造良好的书香氛围。 (2)拓展学习内容,稳定社区祥和氛围。始终坚持学习贴近生活,贴近居民,贴近实际,日常学习活动坚持因地制宜,因势利导,突出特色。通过一些风格浅显易懂,形式生动活泼,让人一目了然的漫画展览、文化墙、电教片等形式让居民群众在潜移默化中受到廉政文化的熏陶,起到“润物细无声”的教育作用,多年来,社区少有越级上访事件,处处洋溢着祥和的气氛。 五、举办活动,增强意识,让居民品到好书的“滋味” (1)充分利用社区各种资源,依托社区内文化活动中心,党员活动室、图书室,开展社区学习教育,在社区中设立老年学校、妇女学校、未成年人学校、技能培训学校、廉政学校等,为社区居民提供多层次,全方位的学习教育。将法律知识、科普常识、交通安全、节水节电、消防安全、保护环境、治安防范、远离毒品等多方面的知识送到群众家门口,使社区居民不出社区就能品尝到“文化大餐。 (2)开展形式多样的读书竞赛活动。为了激趣增效,推进活动的深入开展,制定了一系列活动计划,并一步一步实施。开展“我为大家推荐一本书”活动,对联大赛,演讲比赛,书法比赛等这一系列读书竞赛活动开展,调动了居民的读书积极性,形成了热爱读书,奋发向上、团结友爱的社区氛围。 (3)组织社区青少年参加“远离网吧、拒绝毒品”专题讲座,组织学生参加社区环境整治、家庭卫生、勤做家务等活动,使青少年得到了锻炼,让一批人带动大批人积极参加,在青少年中形成个个争做“清洁小能手”的氛围。在“和谐社区”创建活动中,青少年的文艺表演队与社区老年文艺表演队进行“老少同乐、共创和谐”“小手牵大手,文明结伴走”的文艺宣传表演,社会性的教育资源得到挖掘和利用,为全民学习、终身学习搭建了平台,提供了学习条件,从而提高了社区群众的整体素质。 以上工作是我们在创建书香社区活动中的主要工作。读好书,好读书,多读书的氛围已初步形成。社区通过阅读活动拓宽了知识面,提升了认识水平,孕育了文化气质,提升了居民综合素养。 广场街文化路社区 2015年1月12日 improve financial management level of villages and towns throughout the County, from the following aspects: first, strengthen the team construction and management.
