requirements and applicable standards. the seller shall ensure to provide high quality products to satisfy this specification and international or national standards. 1.3 卖方在签订合同后 3 月内,提出合同设备的设计、制造、检验/试验、装配、 安装、验收、试验、运行和维护等方面的技术参考资料给买方,并同时提供供货清 单,正式资料按工程进度要求提供。 technical documents for reference to buyer, on design, produce, inspection and approval test, arrangement, installation, acceptance, testing ,operation and maintenance for the equipment, shall be submitted to buyer within 3 month after signed the contract with supply list. the certified documents shall be submitted following the progress of works. 1.4 本工程采用 kks 标识系统。卖方提供的技术资料(包括图纸)和设备标识必 须有 kks 编码。编码规则由设计院提出,在设计联络会上讨论确定。 the project adopts kks coding system. there shall be kks coding on the submitted document(including drawings) and equipment labels. coding rule shall 2 be supplied by the institute, certified on the liaison meeting. 1.5 专利涉及到全部费用均已包含在合同价中,买方不承担有关设备专利的一切责 任。以合同条款为准。 all cost on patent has been included in the contract, the buyer shall not take on any responsibility on related equipment patent. contract clause will be govern. 1.6 卖方在设备设计、制造、试验等过程中所涉及的各项规程,规范和标准必须遵 循现行最新版本的标准。 all related rules,criterion and standards in design,produce and testing shall meet the lastest standards. 1.7 本技术协议所引用的标准若与卖方所执行的标准发生矛盾时,按较严格的标准 执行。 if there is any deviation between the standard listed in this spacification and the standard used by the seller, the higher standands shall be used. 1.8 本技术协议经买、卖双方共同确认和签字后作为订货合同的技术附件,与订货 合同正文具有同等效力。 this technical agreement shall be technical appendix of contract after confirmed and signed by both sides, and it shall has the same effect as the contract. 1.9 卖方对锅炉给水泵组供货的成套系统设备(含辅助系统与设备)负有全责,即 包括分包(或采购)的产品。买方有权参加分包、外购设备的招标和技术谈判,但 技术上由卖方负责归口、协调。 the seller shall be full responsible for the completed system and equipment in his supply scope (including auxiliary system and equipment), that includes subcontracted (or outsourced) products. for the subcontracted and outsourced equipment, the buyer reserves the right to attend bidding and technical negotiation meeting; however it shall not release the seller from his responsibility of technical interface and co-ordination. 1.10 在技术协议签定后,买方有权因规范、标准、规程发生变化而提出一些补充 要求。 the buyer has the right to raise additional requirements due to changes of design specification, standards or regulations after technical agreement. 1.11 本工程从基建期就开始全面推行 nosa 安健环五星管理,卖方提供的设备必 须满足 nosa 安健环五星管理的要求。重点如下: the nosa - safety, health and environment management concept will be implemented from the construction stage for this project, the equipment supplied by the seller shall complies with the nosa requirements. the main points are as 3 below: 1.11.1 电气设备颜色要符合国电集团公司和项目公司安全设施规范手册具体要求; the surface painting color of the electrical equipment shall meet the requirements of safety facility specification manual of china guodian corporation and the project company. 1.11.2 开关和控制柜的铭牌、编号、内部接线、布局、接线图、漏电保护器、门上 的电力符号、锁具等均要按照 nosa 安健环五星管理的要求制造安装,由买方在设 计联络会上提供; the nameplate, tag number, internal wiring, layout, wiring diagram, voltage leakage protector, door electrical mark, lock for switch and control cabinet shall be manufactured and installed according to nosa requirements, which will be provided by the buyer at design liaison meeting. 1.11.3 设备阀门颜色、转向指示、开关标注、铭牌、护栏、防护罩、阀门配套锁定 装置等均要按照 nosa 安健环五星管理的要求制造安装,由买方在设计联络会上提 供; the surface painting color, rotation indication, switch mark, nameplate, guard and locking device for the valve shall be manufactured and installed according to nosa requirements, which will be provided by the buyer at design liaison meeting. 1.11.4 管道色标、仪表刻度等均要按照 nosa 安健环五星管理的要求制造安装,由 买方在设计联络会上提供; the piping color, instrument scaling shall be manufactured and installed according to nosa requirements, which will be provided by the buyer at design liaison meeting. 1.11.5 防护装置的具体要求如下: requirments on protection device: 1.11.5.1 为所有的轴端安装防护装置,转动机械的防护罩包括转动机械的全部外露 转动部分的防护罩,含转动机械的联轴器、机械密封等所有转动部分。 intalling protection device for every shaft end, the protection device of turning parts shall includes shield of all exposed turning parts, coupling with turning parts, mechnical seal. 1.11.5.2 为所有正常情况下能够伸手摸到运动部件安装防护装置或封闭,防护装置 的设计要保证让维护人员便于拆除和进行更换,转动机械联轴器防护罩全部用钢板 制作,防护罩边缘距转机固定部分大于 5mm,小于 8mm,防护罩底部封闭。 the protection device shall be installed at the part easy to touch in the normal operation.the design of protection device must easy backout and change for the site person.the protection shield shall be made by steel plate,the clearance 4 between the edge of shield and the fixation shall be more than 5mm and less than 8mm, with the bottom closed. 1.11.5.3 防护罩应尽量采用封闭结构,当现场需采用网状结构时,其安全距离和网 眼的开口宽度应符合机械设备防护罩安全要求的要求。设备运行中需要检查的 转动部分的防护罩应用钢网制作,制作标准可参考联轴器防护罩制作。制作后的防 护罩应双面刷涂摩托车猩红漆,于防护罩的顶部中间部位刷涂旋转方向(白色)箭 头,箭头大小视防护罩的大小而定,箭头的长度小于 0.5 倍防护罩长度,箭头的宽 度小于 0.2 倍防护罩宽度。 the shield shall be closed configuration. if the net configuration is required, the safe distance and the opening width of each eye shall flowing safty requirement for machine shield. the protection shield on the inpected turing part shall be steel net type, the standard shall flows the coupling shield. the shield shall be painted with blood red on the double side. on the top of shield shall be painted with white arrowhead marking direction, and the size flows the shield size, the legth shall be less than 0.5 times of shield legth, the width shall be 0.2 times of shield width. 2 工程概况 project outline 国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂一期工程位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市,电厂 规划容量为 6660mw,一期工程安装国产 2660mw 超超临界燃煤空冷机组,两 台机组分别于 2011 年 12 月 31 日及 2012 年 03 月 31 日完成 168 小时试运并移交 生产。 guodian annual average sunlight time is 3006.0 hours. wind resources are ample here, and annual average wind speed is 3.2m/s, the dominate wind direction is northwest in winter, while south wind in summer. 全旗境内地表水流域总面积为 3039.8km2,分布的主要河流有乌兰木伦河、呼 和乌素沟和扎萨克河。 the open water in the basin area is 3039.8km2, mainly in wulanmulun river, 6 huhewusu ditch and jasak river. 根据伊金霍洛旗气象站 19602004 年资料,累年特征值统计成果见下表: statistics is according to the data of meteorological 三个月逐日平均湿球温度资料, 用逐点统计法进行累计频率计算,计算得 10%的湿球温度为 18.8。查其对应日期 的干球温度、相对湿度、气压及风速,计算成果见表 2.2.2。 10% of the wet bulb temperature is 18.8 according to the average wet bulb temperature of three month like june, railway 包西铁路北起内蒙古自治区的铁路枢纽包头站,经鄂尔多斯市、榆林市、延安 市至西安铁路枢纽张桥站,全长 880.9km,设计时速为 160km,工程投资总额为 163 亿元,规划运输能力为客车每日 25 对,货运能力每年 1 亿吨以上。包西铁路目 前尚在施工建设中。 baoxi railway is 880.9km, about 160km an hour ,from the railway hub baotou station in the north , inner mongolia municipality via erdos, yu lin, and yan qing to the railway hub zhang qiao station in xian province. the investment amount of the project is 16.3 billion; the daily traffic capacity is 25 couples of train and yearly freight volume is more than a hundred million tons. baoxi railway is now under construction. 2) 包神铁路 baoshen railway 由包头至大柳塔,全长 172km,神华集团投资运营。设计输送能力 15.0mt/a。 目前运量已趋饱和,2002 年运量 14.09mt,2003 年运量 13.93mt。包神铁路外运 能力,已成为万利矿区发展的制约因素。规划全线按国铁一级标准进行复线改造, 运输能力 2010 年达到 20.0m t/a,2020 年 40.0mt/a。其中,大柳塔至巴图塔段为 配合巴准线和大准线改造先行实施复线电气化改造工程,完成后该段能力达到 70.0mt/a。 baoshen railway is 172km from baotou to daliuta invested and operated by shenhua corporation. delivery capacity of the railway is 15.0mt/a. the yearly freight volume in 2002 is 14.09mt, 13.93mt in 2003, and now the freight volume of the railway is being saturated. transport capacity of baoshen railway has become the main brake on the development of wanli mine area. according to the national railway level standards to reconstruct the multiple tracking railways, the transport capacity of the railway will meet the standard of 20.0m t/an in 2010, and up to 40.0mt/an in2020. the multiple tracking of the section between da liuta and tubata has been reconstructed to electrified first in order to cooperating with the reconstructed work of bazhun railway and dazhun raiway. the transport capacity will up to 70.0mt/a after the reconstruction. 10 本工程建设所需的大件设备和材料若考虑铁路运输方式时,可通过国铁运输至 包头或榆林,再通过汽车运输至电厂,或者由包头经包神铁路运输运至大柳塔,然 后通过小霍洛至大柳塔运煤专用道路汽车运输至电厂。 if take the transportation for major pieces of equipment and material by train into account, the equipment and material could be transported to baotou or yulin by national railway, and then to power plant by truck .the equipment and material can also be transported from baotou railway to da liuta railway via shen railway and then transported to power plant by truck on road for specially used of coal transportation. 2.3.2 公路 highway 国道主干线(g210)包西公路纵贯东胜矿区南北,由包头经达拉特旗、万利、 东胜、伊金霍洛旗入陕。内蒙境内,全线为二级公路。包茂高速鄂尔多斯段北起包 头经东胜、阿镇、新街至榆林已全线建成。 national highways (g210) connect the south and the north parts of dong sheng mining area, from baotou to shanxi province via dalateqi, wanli, dongsheng, and yijinhuoluoqi. the roads in inner mongolia are highways of class-ii standard. the ordos road of baomao expressway form baotou in the north to yulin via dongsheng azhen, xinjie has been completed. 北京至拉萨的国道主干线(g109)东西向横穿东胜矿区中部,往东经准格尔旗 连接呼和浩特市。呼和浩特经准格尔旗到东胜段高速公路即将建成。 national highways (g109)from beijing to lhasa is through the center mining area of dongsheng from west to east , via jungar and hohhot in the east of dongsheng ,the highway from hohhot to dongsheng via jungar could soon be built. 包府公路起自包头经达旗、新庙,在杨家坡入陕。其中东胜至包头段已建成一 级运煤专用公路。阿镇经松定霍洛至大柳塔的矿区公路在矿区西部南北向通过,为 三级公路,是连接万利矿区、东胜、神东矿区的又一通道。 baofu high road is from baotou to lujiapo shanxi province via daqi, xinmiao. the section from dongsheng to baotou has been built as first-grade highways for coal transportation. the high road from azhen to daliuta via songdinghuoluo through the west of the mining area from south to north is another way to connect the mining area of wanli, dongsheng, and shendong as third-grade highways. 既有公路为察哈素矿井和电厂的建设提供了极为便利的公路运输条件。 high road provides facilities for equipment transportation of mine and power 11 plant construction. 2.4 冷却水系统 cooling water system 闭式冷却水系统:closed circulation cooling water system: 闭式冷却水为除盐水,工作温度:最高 38 ,冷却水工作压力: 0.41.0mpa(g),闭冷水设计压力 1.0mpa(g)。 water quality is demineralized water; maximum working temperature is 38 ; working pressure is 0.41.0mpa(g); design pressure is 1.0mpa(g). 2.5 厂内压缩空气气源 plant compressed air supply 电厂内设检修用和控制用压缩空气站,压缩空气供气压力 0.450.7mpa。 the power plant will have a compressed air supply station for maintenance and control, air supply pressure is 0.450.7mpa. 2.6 电源条件 power supply : 交流电ac 10kv 50hz三相three phases 380v 50hz三相three phases 220v 50hz单相single phase 直流电dc 220v(动力for power) 110v(控制for control) 3 设计和运行条件 design and operation condition 3.1 系统概况和相关设备 system outlines and relative equipment 3.1.1 汽机型号:nzk66027/600/600 型 turbine type: nzk66027/600/600 3.1.2 汽机旁路系统:100%高压旁路+低压旁路 turbine bypass system: 100% high pressure bypass + low pressure bypass. 3.2 除氧器技术条件deaerator technical conditions 除氧器除氧头共用一个有效容积249m3的给水箱,中心标高为28.55m,能供 锅炉在最大连续蒸发量时运行约6 min。 deaerator heads share a feed tank with effective capacity of 249 m3, center line elevation is 28.55m, and it is capable to supply water for the deaerator to operate about 6 minutes under maximum boiler continuous evaporation. 除氧器型式:卧式 deaerator type horizontal 运行方式: 定压滑压定压 operation method: constant- slid-constant 除氧水箱压力变化范围: 0.147 1.32mpa(a) 12 deaerator pressure range: 0.147 1.32mpa(a) 除氧水箱水温变化范围: 110.8190.7 deaerator water tank temperature range: 110.8190.7 3.2 设计条件design conditions 3.2.1 设备名称及用途equipment name and function 3.2.1.1 设备名称equipment name 锅炉主给水泵、前置泵,启动给水泵及电机等。锅炉主给水泵的驱动汽轮机由 杭州汽轮机股份有限公司提供。 the main boiler feed water pump, booster pump with gear box, start-up feed water pump with motor. the driving turbine for the main feed water pump will be supplied by hangzhou steam turbine co., ltd. 3.2.1.2 设备用途equipment function 锅炉主给水泵:锅炉主给水泵与其前置泵组成锅炉给水泵组,它向锅炉连续供 水并向锅炉过热器、再热器及汽轮机高压旁路提供减温水。 main boiler feed water pump: the main boiler feed water pump together with its booster pump forms an entire feed water pumpset, to supply water to boiler continuously, and supply attemperating water to boiler superheater and reheater, and the turbine high pressure bypass as well. 主前置泵:提高本组主给水泵入口的压头,满足其必需的净正吸入水头。 main booster pump: to increase the suction pressure of main feed water pump to meet the required net positive suction head of the main pump. 启动给水泵:在机组启动状态下,向锅炉连续供水满足锅炉的启动要求,并满 足启动过程中向锅炉过热器、再热器及汽轮机高压旁路提供减温水的需要。 start-up pump: to supply water to boiler continuously during starting the unit, and supply attemperating water to the turbine high pressure bypass as well during the unit starting period. 3.2.2 设备安装位置equipment installation location 3.2.2.1 主给水泵及其前置泵安装地点installation location of main feed water pumpset 主给水泵与前置泵同轴布置在给水泵汽轮机的同一端,安装在汽机房内6.90m 标高层。 main pump and booster pump are both driven by same end of the same turbine and arranged at the same shaft line, mounted at 6.90m level floor of the turbine hall. 3.2.2.2 启动电动给水泵安装地点installation location of motor driven start-up 13 pumpset 启动电动给水泵安装在汽机房0m。 motor driven start-up pump is mounted at 0m level floor of the turbine hall. 3.2.3 删除。deleted 3.2.4 电厂型式:新建2660mw国产超超临界燃煤空冷机组。 type of power plant: new built 2660mw domestic extra-supercritical coal- fired air cooled units. 3.2.5 机组型式及运行方式type and operation method of unit 3.2.5.1 锅炉容量:锅炉最大连续出力为2082 t/h。 boiler capacity: the maximum continuous flow is 2082 t/h 3.2.5.2 机组运行方式unit operation method 机组采用带基本负荷并参与调峰方式运行。 basic load with peak regulating capability. 3.2.6 汽轮发电机组容量:单台汽轮机发电机组容量为660mw。 unit capacity of t-g: unit rated capacity is 660mw. 3.2.7 给水泵配置configuration of feed water pump 本期工程共两台机组,每台机组配置1台100%汽动主给水泵,两台机组共用 一台30%bmcr容量的电动定速启动给水泵。100%汽动给水主泵采用英国苏尔寿进 口设备。 there are two units in this project, one set of 100% capacity turbine driven main feed water pump for each unit. the two units share a 30% bmcr capacity motor driven fixed speed start-up pump.
