对这部作品的研究主要集中于女性主义、黑人女性主义、妇女主义、黑人语言与 文化、赫斯顿的自传体小说几个方面。 本文针对他们眼望上苍中黑人的存在状态进行了研究。根据存在主义， 每一个人来到世界上时，都会经历原焦虑、自欺、社会的混乱性、人性的异化、 他人的存在，当人们即将离开人世时，又会经历对死亡的恐惧。在整个过程中， 人们都在不断寻找着自己真实的本质，也就是他或者她想要什么样的生活，想成
