化美国梦的角度进行的研究更是无人涉及。这一状况和厄普代克在美国文学界的 地位是不相称的。 本论文以厄普代克 评析美国梦异化问题研究为题， 通过对小说主题的剖析来展现美国中产阶级精神危机的根源，通过对异化美国梦 的分析来展现厄普代克对于当代美国文化失望的原因，揭示当代美国社会的异化 根源。兔子，跑吧这部小说是对美国中产阶级的典型研究，兔子的遭遇是对
