具已经在国际会展业中发挥出越来越大的作用。然而，在中国由于会展业起步较晚，能够熟练使用会展英语进行交流的专业人士还不多，这与中国近几年来突飞猛进的国际会展业极不适应。因此，大力提高学生正确地使用会展英语的语言能力，实现有效交流成为当前会展英语教学的重点。本文从会展英语的词汇特点入手，通过实证研究，对会展英语的词汇特点进行了归纳总结，对比了会展英语与其它文体在词汇特点方面的异同之处，提出了会展英语词汇教学及材料编辑应当从会展荚语的核心词汇八手，针对学习者的不同水平分级分频地教学和编辑，从而体现出会展英语词汇的特有的特点，帮助学习者更加有效地提高会展英语水平。同时，也建议教授会展英语的老师对自身的业务水平及教学方式都要及时进行调整，以适应不断发展中的会展英语，满足学生的学习需求。关键词：会展英语，词汇，词汇特点，语域，需求分析!
