Installation.l Installation sequence:a) Place machine and make it stable.b) Clean anticorrosive oil.c) Open the cover of oil tank, fill in hydraulic oil (Code: R-68# of Chinese Petroleum Company) about 60 liters. Keep hydraulic oil clean.d) When connect the power supply, please check the voltage used in factory whether the same with where the nameplate shows.e) Turn the power switch to the position of “ON”, press down the switch of motor, and check pressure gauge, if pressure not rise, maybe it rotated reversely, only change any two phases of three.f) Please read this operation manual carefully before operation in case of injury to person and damage to machine. /products-7.html Maintenance.a) Slide section of the heel mechanism should be lubricated once a week for adjusting.b) Oil pipe, connector should be locked in case of oil leakage; steel pipe cannot rub on the other one; before taking apart oil pipe, please check whether the pressure gauge shows “0”, only no pressure can take apart the oil pipe.c) Hydraulic oil in oil tank should be replaced after 2500 hours using, for new machine, its better 2000 hours. Filter screen of new machine should be cleaned after 500 hours using since machine installed or oil replacement, or a loud noise from pump larger. Oil tank should be cleaned after each replacement; oil level should be at least 30mm higher than filter screen and about 30mm lower than tank cap, but tank cant be full.d) Keep spare parts of appliance clean.e) Clean machine after work everyday, the longer the time, the more difficult to clean; check the screw whether loose or not, lock it if need.f) Stop motor when machine not working (but warming-up in the morning).g) Each slide position and where installed grease nozzle should be lubricated once a week.h) Check pressure of nitrogen in the pressure reservoir weekly, to replenish nitrogen if found it lower than 100kg/cm2 (use nitrogen instead of other gas in case of danger.)In order to get the best using effect and lengthen machine service life, please choose the high quality hydraulic oil as different brands in different countries, our company introduced the following brands for our customers.BrandModelC.P.CAW-46ISO DISVG46CALTEXRANDC OIL 46ESSOTERESSO 46MOBILLIGHT OIL 25SHELLTELLUS C46Remark: if your company cant get the above oil, please choose solvent with erosion resistance between 200-250SUS, or hydraulic oil with viscosity between 40-60CST. Operation Attentions.l Before changing shoes, please pay attention to relevant parts which should be act in concert with shape of shoe last, or cant get a good lasting effect.a) Wiper shape should be similar with toes, and the arc of wiper face should coincide with that of bottom face of shoe last.b) Shape of forming band should be act in concert with that of last.c) Size of mid-pincer should coincide with the toe section, besides, shape of the front three pincers ranking should coincide with the toe section, or influence the lasting effect. d) External support should make a good choice according to the size of shoe last.e) When produce child shoes, its better choose the front 7 pincers, and abrade the PU head-pressing to small as their small sizes.f) PU head-pressing has two kinds of specification, which can be chosen according to woman or man shoes prepared to produce.l Take right operation way to operate machine, especially when pincers clamping vamp, hands should be far away from pincer in case of danger.l Over lasting, please dont touch any parts or section in case of danger, if found somewhere in a disorder, step on the foot switch on the right to brake, then adjust again. l Over maintenance, no matter operators or others cant make machine run.l Operators and maintenance men should pay more attention to the heating area of wiper in case of injury. This machine can meet the demands of attaching to shoe last, with easy operation, high efficiency, stable quality and easy maintenance.
