Microelectronics must be carried out in a clean environment. In order to achieve this, it is important to follow some rules and procedures during construction. This document outlines these rules and procedures. They must be followed by everyone on site to insure a successful project.Drawing number one highlights the areas of the main building where clean build protocol must be enforced. Each worker assigned to work within the clean area is responsible for understanding and following build clean procedures. 所有承包商负责通知其工作人员关于洁净厂房施工的原则和程序并在其工作人员违反这些原则是提出批评和教育。所有在洁净区工作的工人应明白和保持工作区的清洁。During construction, the M&E Contractor shall be responsible to maintain the cleanliness and house keeping to the satisfaction of the Client and Project Manager. He will make daily inspections of the area and fill out the attached inspection checklist. The M&E contractor is responsible for providing clean room supplies, such as disposable shoe covers, wipes, tacky mats and smocks. He will provide shoe cleaners and racks for outerwear and disposable clothing at each entrance. Where hot work need to be carried out inside, the following shall be provided :- To ensure sufficient ventilation of fumes and exhaust.- To ensure cleanup of all fabrication debris, weld splatter and soot deposits.B. 提供适当的换气和通风。 机械与电气承包方应为喷漆、使用溶剂和其它需要良好通风环境的工作提供所需的通风设施。在施工期间，如果业主和项目经理认为确有必要，机械与电气承包方应提供额外的通风扇。B. Provision of proper ventilation and exhaust. Painting, use of solvent and activities that require a well-ventilated environment shall be provided for by the M&E Contractor. The M&E Contractor shall provide supplementary ventilation fans during construction if it is deemed necessary by the Client and Project Manager.C. 清洁控制机械与电气承包方应执行下列清洁控制规则:- 控制鞋子带来的泥土。- 控制施工期间灰尘和烟尘污染。- 控制施工期间水污染。- 控制施工期间任何其它形式的污染。C. Cleanliness ControlThe M&E Contractor shall implement cleanliness control as follows :- Control of soil contamination from footwear.- Control of dust and fume contamination during construction.- Control of water contamination during construction.- Control of any other form contamination during construction.D. 卫生控制机械与电气承包方应执行下列卫生控制：- 禁止在控制区内饮食。- 定期清除碎片，食物容器等- 定期进行病虫害防治和防虫害工具的检查（如有必要）D. Hygiene Control The M&E Contractor shall implement hygiene control as follows :- Prohibit consumption of food and drinks within the area.- Carry out regular cleaning to remove debris, food containersetc.-Carry out regular checks for pest control and implement traps where necessary.E.控制区内严禁的事项-热加工必须经项目经理批准-禁止用作堆放场地- 禁止用作机械加工和制造区。- 禁止用作饮食区- 禁止用作工人宿舍- 禁止任何业主和项目经理不允许的项目E. Restricted Activities in the area- Hot works shall be subjected to approval by the Project Manager.-Use as storage area.-Use as machining and fabrication area.-Use as eating and drinking area.- Use workers quarters.- Any other activities prohibited by the Client and Project Manager.所有其它承包方应严格遵守上述规则，并与机械与电气承包方密切协调与配合。All other Contractors shall take note of the above restrictions and allow for all necessary coordination and co-operation with the M&E Contractor.Levels of Protocol工作程序等级There are three levels of clean room protocol, each corresponding to a level of construction progress. As the building nears completion increasing care must be taken not to introduce dirt from the outside or from construction activity within the clean area.洁净厂房工作程序为三级，每级虽施工工作进展执行。当施工接近完工时，应更加需要注意不要将脏东西和其他施工工作带人洁净区内。Level One第一级Level one goes into effect when the outside skin of the main building is complete. This includes roof, cladding, doors, and windows. All workers entering and leaving the building must use one of the approved access doors shown on drawing number two. Shoe cleaners will be located at each entrance. All workers entering the building must make sure that their shoes are free of dirt. There is no special dress requirement for this level, but workers clothing should be relatively free of loose dirt. These also should be relatively free of loose dirt and debris.所有设备和材料必须通过这些入口进入。不得将赃物和杂物带入。All eating, smoking, and drinking is prohibited within the main building at all times无论何时，主厂房内禁止吃东西，吸烟，喝水。At the end of every shift, all trash, packaging material, and unused material must be removed from the main building. At that time only workers employed by the M&E contractor are allowed in the clean area. Other contractors requiring access to the clean area must have written permission of the M&E contractor before entering. The only authorized entrances for workers, equipment and material are:1. The exterior door to the finished goods warehouse between gridlines 1 and 2.2. An area will be set aside at both entrances for unpacking and any prefabrication of material that is likely to cause contamination. This includes sanding, grinding, cutting, drilling, welding and any work using water.
