Unit 23 CONFLICTLesson 2 Conflict Resolution 教材分析This unit is about community. Conflict Resolution is the second lesson of Unit 23. It talks about how to solve the conflict. 教学目标【知识与能力目标】1.To practice using phrasal verbs.2.To practice listening strategies for identifying mood.3.To practice using the language of arguing.4.To learn some ways to deal with conflict situations.【过程与方法目标】To helpthestudents improvetheirlisteningandspeakingabilities.【情感态度价值观目标】To make the students the real masters in class and develop the students awareness of self-learning. 教学重难点【教学重点】1.Useful vocabulary: talkover, put forward, get your own back, going off with, give in, giveback, kick up a fuss, put up with, getting at, getting to, go off.2. To improve students listening abilities.【教学难点】1.Some students may not be good at “arguing” in Chinese and so will find it difficult to argue in English.2. Now read the questionnaire, then match the verbs below with those underlined in the text.Task 2:T: Now answer the questionnaire saying how you would react in the situations.
