内蒙古包头大青山西段煤田河滩沟煤矿HTG-01V煤层气参数井气测录井报告河南煤田地质局中原ZYZ816综合录井队2010年06月30日内蒙古包头大青山西段煤田河滩沟煤矿HTG-01V煤层气参数井气测录井报告委托单位：深圳市国炬煤层气技术有限公司参数井井号：HTG-01V井气测录井队：河南煤田地质局中原ZY816综合录井队项目负责：李圳宇报告编写：刘英亮 报告审核：马群河南煤田地质局中原ZY816综合录井队2010年06月30日目 录一、项目概况.4二、气测录井概述.5三、气测录井仪器配置、参数内容及施工措施.5四、气测显示综述.10五、结论.11六、附（气测解释成果表一份）一、前言2010年，深圳市国炬煤层气设备技术有限公司与河南地质局河南煤田地质局中原ZY816综合录井队就HTG-01V井签订了HTG-01V煤层气参数井气测录井作业承包合同技术服务合同。本报告为该项目HTG-01V煤层气参数井气测录井最终测试结果。根据合同要求，河南煤田地质局中原ZY816综合录井队组织技术人员和设备仪器按时进入工作现场，在甲方和钻井施工单位的大力协助和密切配合下，完成该井的气测录井工作和该井的现场工作，均得到了甲方现场监理人员的认可。任务井概况井 名：HTG-01V井 别：煤层气参数井+先导性试验井井 型：直井测线位置：大青山煤田河滩沟井田14号勘探线地理位置：包头市石拐区五当召镇白狐沟村井位坐标：X=4502650 , Y=374442500地表高程：H=1250m设计井深：580m目的煤层：五当沟组3号煤层完钻层位：侏罗系下统五当沟组完钻原则：3号煤层底板以下30m完钻完井方法：套管完井二、气测录井工作概述鉴于该区煤层围岩有含气情况，在钻井过程中从二开开始进行气测录井，重点监测煤系地层和上、下地层的含气情况。基本数据：HTG-01V井为煤层气参数井+先导性试验井。地理位置：内蒙古自治区包头市石拐区管辖。目的煤层：侏罗系下统五当沟组5、3、3下2、2号煤层，其他7、6、1等煤层达可采厚度。采煤层气样进行解吸和室内等温吸附性能测试。设计井深：580m。完钻层位：侏罗系下统五当沟组。完钻原则：2号煤层气底板以下50m处完钻。完井方法：套管完井。钻探目的：一方面是获取目标层中煤储层参数，主要包括：煤层埋深、厚度，煤岩及煤质特征，割理及裂隙发育程度，含气量、含气饱和度，渗透率，储层压力与压力梯度，地应力及其梯度，以及煤的坚固性系数等；另一方面是获得该地区地层剖面，了解钻遇底层的岩石性质。为下步煤层气开发技术与工艺的选择、产能建设提供直接依据。三、气测录井仪器配置、参数内容及施工措施3-2 承担本井综合录井施工的队伍是中原ZY816综合录井队，仪器型号为SLZ-J型综合录井仪，该仪器是信息部22研究所生产的简易综合录井仪，软件使用升级型SLZ-2A录井软件。仪器具有工程参数全、色谱灵敏度高的特点，能适应各种地质条件、复杂多变地理环境和现场恶劣条件下的录井工作。 HTG-01V井综合录井工作是按照该项目录井承包合同、钻井地质设计及施工要求进行综合录井工作的。3-2设备配置一台SQC882色谱气测仪。仪器基本情况：SQC882色谱气测仪是一种在钻井过程中能直接分析由钻井液携带从地层逸出的气体来寻找油气层，并能测量钻井工程参数的测井仪器，它具有自动检测、记录、储存和报警功能，测量精度高、稳定性好、操作简单、适合各种工作环境等特点。主要有以下四部分组成：（1）主机各单元；（2）计算机系统；（3）外围设备；（4）仪器房装置。主机各单元包括记录仪单元、分析器单元、微电流放大器单元、程序控制器单元、UPS电源单元。计算机系统所使用的录井软件均汉化。（5）计算机系统实时显示、打印和储存所有的测量参数，记录仪记录所有曲线。具体设备及配置见下表：（1）设备 序号机械或设备名称型号规格数量国别产地制造年份额定功率kW生产能力备注1气测仪SQC-8821台中国上海 2000/良好2综合录井仪SLZ-J1台（2）配置序号名 称单位数量一录井仪器房栋11.集装箱式仪器房箱体座12.仪器房内设置(1)工作台、进排水、照明设施等套1(2)内部装璜套1(3)防静电地毯块1(4)靠背转椅只23.设施配套(1)冷暖分体挂壁式空调 海尔 1.5匹机台2(2)灭火器(1211型 2Kg)只1(3)仪器机柜套1(4)配电箱套1(5)柜式UPS电源(2000W)套2(6)电源电缆根1(7)接地棒套1(8)取暖设备套2二气体测量系统(1)氢火焰色谱分析器套1(2)热导色谱分析器套1(3)气体分配器套1(4)3056_3笔记录仪台1(5)低噪声净化空气压缩机台1(6)氢气发生器台1(7)净化筒套2(8)气体管线(配设备)套1(9)电动脱气器及气体干燥管套1(10)脱气管线( 100m)根2(11)电动脱气器电缆根1(12)标准混合气样 c1-c5 (1%) 瓶各1(13.)热真空脱气器套1四工程测量系统(1)泵冲传感器套2(2)悬重压力传感器(6 Mpa压力传感器,1米高压管线,快速接头)套1(3)深度绞车传感器套1(4)传感器分线箱只4(5)传感器电缆(带插头)根4(6)电铃箱只1五泥浆参数测量系统(1)泥浆池体积传感器套4六计算机系统(1)PC机（PIII900/128M/40G，一台15”LCD，多媒体）套3(2)CR3240打印机台1(3)彩色喷墨打印机(A3EPSON1520K)台2(4)重复器（15”彩显）套2(5)A/D转换系统块1(6)计算机I/O转换系统块1(7)视频电缆 80米根2(8)计算机软盘3.5英寸片10(9)计算机软件套1七其它配备(3)高压注油泵(6)传感器通用固定支架付10八工具套13-3录井内容 A.气测数据气测数据包括全烃、甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、丁烷等烃类气体和氢气、二氧化碳等非烃气体。B.钻井工程参数钻井深度、迟到深度、钻时、悬重、钻压、扭矩等。C.气测和钻井工程参数曲线曲线有全烃连续分析曲线、烃组分周期分析曲线、实时深度曲线、迟到深度曲线、钻压曲线等。3-4施工措施A.准备阶段（1） 收集区域地质资料和邻井资料，组织施工人员认真学习地质设计，了解区域地质和煤层特征，明确施工任务。（2） 按甲方指令，人员、设备、营房、材料及时到达井场。（3） 施工前进行地质交底，准备材料，仪器安装调试，使设备和人员处于准工作状态。B.施工阶段（1）严格按地质设计和甲方特殊要求进行施工。（2）严格执行ISO9001质量体系标准和HSE管理体系。（3）严格执行现场甲方的指令，优质高效地满足用户要求。（4）积极、主动地为甲方提供随钻分析意见和下步工作建议，并根据井下情况，结合区域和邻井研究成果，对本井进行综合分析。（5）做到安全、文明生产，做好与钻井及相关单位的配合，并按行业作业标准施工。C.施工总结阶段（1）开展资料综合分析研究，提供储量评价意见。（2）整理资料，编制相关图件，撰写总结报告。（3）提交合格的原始和成果资料。3-5人员配置项目项目经理 队长/工程师操作工合计人数备注录井队1个123合计133管理、技术人员1总计3 单位：人队长简历表姓名马群性别男年龄52职务队长职称技师学历技校3-6 本井人员、设备与2009年11月08日进入安装和调试设备。安装传绞车感器1个；泵冲传感器1个；力压传感器1个；脱气器1个。根据钻井地质设计一开井段不做气测录井工作，11月08日自井深87.56m开始进行工程、气测录井。在录井过程中，有气测显示时，按要求加密测量。操作员按时进行巡回检查，检查传感器及脱气器的工作状态，确保传感器工作正常，灵敏度高，各种参数准确。在录井以前，认真组织学习HTG-01V井地质设计，在录井工作中严格执行地质设计及气测设计。我们始终坚持“齐全准确、优质高效、重信守约、持续改进”的质量方针，保质保量的完成了该井录井任务。在录井过程中不定期的做管线封闭性检查及井口注样检查，确保管线封闭、畅通；对工程参数、气测值等连续进行了测量。另外全井迟到时间实测5次共3页，气测后期观察记录1页。四、气测显示结果综述从气测录井来看，该井气测显示共5层，其中JW2组：2层，JW1组：3层。各层解释简述如下： 第一层：7#煤层，视厚1.0m，含气层第一层的井段为333.00334.00m，视厚1.0m，层位：JW2。岩性：7#煤。现场录井全烃由0.0121.943%，对比系数161.91，甲烷：0.0101.854%，C2nC5均为0，无变化。气测解释为含气层。第二层：油页岩层，视厚39.0m，含气层第二层的井段为334.00373.00m，视厚39.0m，层位：JW2。岩性：油页岩层。现场录井全烃由0.0833.206%，对比系数38.63，甲烷：0.0633.110%，C2nC5均为0，无变化。气测解释为气层。第三层：5#煤层，视厚3.0m，含气层第三层的井段为463.00466.00，视厚3.0m，层位JW1.岩性：5#煤。现场录井全烃由0.05714.497，对比系数254.33，甲烷：0.00813.432%，C2nC5均为0，无变化。气测解释为气层。第四层：4#煤层，视厚2.0m，含气层第四层的井段为484.00486.00m，视厚2.0m，层位：JW1。岩性：4#煤。现场录井全烃由0.5066.402%，对比系数12.65，甲烷：0.0376.186%，C2nC5均为0，无变化。气测解释为气层。第五层：3#煤层，视厚10.0m，含气层第五层的井段为589.00499.00，视厚10.0m，层位：JW1.岩性：3#煤。现场录井全烃由1.06412.038，对比系数11.31，甲烷：1.03912.019%，C2nC5均为0，无变化。气测解释为气层。五、结论1、HTG-01V井整体煤层钻遇率较好，表明该地区井下地质情况良好。2、本着优质、高效、准确、齐全的原则，及时向甲方提供钻时和气测值变化情况，为提高煤层钻遇率提供了最直接的依据。3、从现场录井气测显示及后效来看，整体情况较好。4、第二层判断为K-3油页岩层的依据为1957年内蒙地质局201地质队所绘制的大青山煤田区域地质图。河南煤田地质局中原ZY816综合录井队2010年06月30日English is the most widely spoken language in the history of our planet, used in some way by at least one out of every seven human beings around the globe.
