越南福和闸堰项目植树施工方案中国水利水电建设集团国际工程有限公司越南福和闸堰项目部二一一年九月十五日1、概述及主要工程量越南福和闸堰项目植树面积49.27公顷。分布于左岸进场道路旁边，业主管理房周围，和土坝下游区域。2、施工工艺流程及主要施工方法施工工艺流程：表（层）面处理测量定位挖种植穴树苗检查植树养护。2.1 表（层）面处理：需要植树的部位用推土机大致推平，铲除表面的杂草，灌木等影响树木生长的杂物。2.2定点放样测量人员进行定点的放样，严格按照一公顷面积植树440棵放样（即植树间距4.77米），测量后做明显标记。2.3挖种植穴：种植穴直径60cm，深度为60cm，要求坑壁光滑，上下面口径基本一致。2.4树苗检查树干挺直，没有明显弯曲，无蛀干害虫和未愈合的机械损伤；树冠丰满，枝条分布均匀、无严重病虫危害，树叶正常；根系发育良好、无严重病虫危害；土球大小为苗木胸径的10倍以上。2.5植树 2.5.1种植的质量标准：种植的苗木品种为景观树柚树，苗木的本身与地面垂直，没有倾斜；严格按照测量定点种植，横平竖直，树木应在一条直线上；树苗高度为1.5米左右，相邻两株高差不超过30cm；种植深浅与原土痕持平；保持树苗土球完好，包装物应取出。 2.5.2种植的程序和方法：树木入穴后，土球放稳，树干直立，拆除并取出包装物；种植后在树木四周筑成高510cm的灌水土堰，方便浇水；种植后需要支撑的树木，用树枝或者竹竿支撑牢固，使树木保持直立；新植树木24小时内浇第一遍水，三日内浇第二遍水，十日内浇上第三遍水，三遍水后转入后期养护；每次浇水后均整堰、堵漏、培土、扶直树干，第三遍水后封堰。2.6养护：新植树苗完成后进行养护，主要项目包括：浇水、防治病虫、补栽未成活树苗、直至交付验收。3、施工设备及人员配置3.1施工设备序号机械设备名称规格型号单位数量备 注1自卸汽车10t台12推土机SD23台13水泵2寸台54全站仪PENTAX台1R -322NX5水桶/只若干6锄头/把若干7铁锨/把若干3.2主要劳动力配置 主要劳动力配置表序号工种数量（人）备注1自卸汽车驾驶员12推土机驾驶员13测量工44普工25合计31Contract 1A Phuoc Hoa HeadworksConstruction Method for Tree PlantingSeptember 15th 20111、General including main construction quantitiesThe tree planting area for the Vietnam Phuoc Hoa headworks occupied 49.27ha mainly distributed at two sides of the left bank access road, the surrounding of the Employers management house and the downstream area of the earth dam. 2、Construction Process and Main MethodConstruction Process:Surface TreatmentSurvey for positioningPit Excavation Checking of the SaplingPlantingMaintenance2.1 Surface Treatment：Level the planting area by bulldozer, and remove the weeds and bushes at the surface which will impact the growing of the trees. 2.2 Setting OutSetting out by the survey staff, strictly keeping the spacing by 4.77m based on 440 trees per ha, and make marks after setting out.2.3 Excavation of the Planting Pits：The planting pits will be excavated with dia 60cm and 60cm of depth, with smooth walls, consistent dimensions for the opening and the bottom part. 2.4 Checking of the SaplingSapling should be straight body, no obvious bending, no harm by the insects or physical surface injury; rich crown with evenly distributed branches without any disease or harmful insects, with healthy leaves; grown root without any disease or harmful insects; soil ball should be 10 times larger than the diameter of the breast branch of the sapling. 2.5 Planting 2.5.1 Quality Standard：The category of the sapling to plant is teak as landscape trees. The sapling itself should be plated vertically toward the land without any slant. The trees should be planted strictly according to the setting out points, ordered in rows and lines with trees on a straight line; the height of the sapling should be about 1.5m and the height difference between saplings should be no larger than 30cm; the planting depth should be leveled with the surrounding earth; the soil ball of the sapling should be finely kept without any packing material. 2.5.2 Planting Process and Method：After saplings are buried in the pit, the soil ball should be steady with upright branch after removal of the packing; earth ridge around the saplings will be built at 5 to 10cm height to make watering easier; for the tree which needs to be supported after planted, using branches or bamboo sticks for enhancing to keep the sapling straight; first watering should be carried out within 24 hrs for the new planted sapling, second watering is within 3 days, third watering is within 10days, last maintenance period will be carried out after the third time watering. Earth ridge around the tree should be done trim, seal water lose, earth backing and upright support during every watering, and earth ridge will be sealed after the third time watering. 2.6 Maintenance：The maintenance works for the new planted saplings will be carried out after they are put into the planting pit.
