Hoisting and transportation of main body1.1变压器油箱为桶式结构，油箱的起吊和主体的起吊见变压器外形图，吊绳和铅垂线的夹角不应大于300，否则应用平衡梁起吊；起吊主体时要同时使用所有的4只吊拌，所有吊绳的长度应相匹配，受力必须均匀，严防主体偏倒，油箱上的千斤顶支架供顶起变压器主体用，顶起主体时要同时使用所有的8个千斤顶支架。8个千斤顶要同步升降，严防主体倾斜和翻倒。1.1 Oil tank of transformer uses upper flange structure, hoisting of upper oil tank and hoisting of main body are shown in outline drawing of transformer, included angle between hoisting rope and plumb line shall not be more than 300, otherwise balance beam shall be used for hoisting; when hoisting main body, all of four lifting lugs shall be used at the same time, length of all hoisting ropes shall be the same and their bearing force shall be uniform, tilting and tipping of main body are strictly prohibited, jack support on lower oil tank is used for jacking up main body of transformer, all of eight jack supports shall be used at the same time when jacking up main body. Eight jacks shall rise and drop synchronically, tilting and tipping of main body are strictly prohibited.1.2 变压器主体尽量充油运输，运输前拆除的外部大型组件有：高压套管、低压套管、中性点套管及接地套管，冷却器及其与主体的连接管、导气联管、压力释放阀、储油柜及升高座等。1.2 Main body of transformer shall be transported after filling oil as far as possible, large external parts that shall be moved before transportation are high voltage bushing, low voltage bushing, neutral point bushing, ground bushing, cooler and connection pipe between cooler and main body, gas connection pipe, pressure relief valves, oil conservator, turrets base and so on.高压引线电缆用白布带固定在附近的引线支架上, 油箱上部定位钉全部拧紧,变压器注油到离拱顶200mm。High voltage leading cable is fixed on nearby leading wire bracket by white cloth stripe, upper part of oil tank is tightened by positioning pin, transformer shall be added oil to 200mm below the vault.1.3 变压器主体充氮运输时(因运输及卸车等条件受限)，主体不带油，只在箱底留有部分残油，充以干燥的氮气，其压力为(2030)kPa，纯度99.99%，露点-35。在变压器运输过程中氮气压力不得低于10kPa，并随时补充注入符合上述要求的氮气。1.3 When main body of transformer is transported after adding nitrogen (due to the limits of various conditions such as transportation and unloading), main body doesnt carry oil, only some residue oil is at the bottom of oil tank, the transformer is added dry nitrogen, its pressure is (2030)kPa, purity is 99.99% and dew point is -35. During transportation process of transformer, pressure of nitrogen shall not be less than 10kPa and nitrogen that meets above requirements shall be added at any moment.1.4 变压器运输时主体的搬运1.4 Handling of main body during transportation of transformer1.4.1运输主体在滚动卸车或二次装车，公路上拖运及滚动就位的拖运过程中的振动与颠簸均不得超过铁路正常运输的情况，运输主体的倾斜不得超过150。1.4.1 Vibration and bump of main body during rolling unloading or secondary loading, hauling on highway or hauling process at rolling location shall not exceed the situations of normal transportation on railway, tilting of main body shall not be more than 150 during transportation.1.4.2 装在拖车上由公路运输的车速，在一级路面不超过20km/h，其它路面不超过10 km/h；1.4.2 Driving speed of trailer on highway shall not exceed 20km/h for the first grade highway and shall not exceed 10km/h for other highways.1.4.3 滚动装卸车时拖动速度不超过5m/min，滚动拖运时不应超过15m/min。1.4.3 Driving speed shall not exceed 5m/min during rolling unloading; driving speed shall not exceed 15m/min during rolling dragging.1.4.4 运输主体的搬运过程中不允许单独牵引吊拌，以防拉坏箱壁。1.4.4 Lifting lug isnt allowed for dragging separately during handling process of main body so as to avoid damaging box wall.2 验收和存放2 Acceptance Check and Storage2.1 验收检查2.1 Acceptance check2.1.1 检查运输主体在运输车上的位置是否有位移，冲击记录仪的冲击情况，固定钢丝绳是否有断裂，如有较大的位移，要拍照并立即提出报告和向运输部门提出交涉，必要时会同有关部门共同进行内部检查。2.1.1 Check whether position of main body on transportation truck has displacement, shock situation of recorder and check whether fixing steel rope is broken. If there is large displacement, take the photo, report it immediately and negotiate with transportation unit, make internal check together with relevant units if necessary.2.1.2 产品到货后立即校对产品铭牌和铭牌图样与合同是否相符。2.1.2 After receiving the product, immediately check whether product nameplate and nameplate diagram conform to those in contract.2.1.3 按变压器出厂文件一览表校对随产品供给的技术文件和安装图样是否齐全。2.1.3 Check whether technical documents and installation drawings supplied with the product are complete according to the list of delivery documents of transformer.2.1.4 按变压器产品清单校对拆卸运输件是否齐全，有无损伤。2.1.4 Check whether the parts removed during transportation are complete according to product list of transformer and whether they have any damage.山东电力设备有限公司Shandong Power EquipmentCompany安装使用说明书Installation and Operation Manual1DS.711.0923.ASSFP-260000/3302.2 储存2.2 Storage2.2.1 变压器主体充氮运输时,运到现场后立即检查产品在出厂后是否受潮。2.2.1 If main body of transformer is transported after adding nitrogen, check whether the product is damped after leaving the factory immediately after the product is delivered to the site.2.2.1.1 产品未受潮的初步标志为：2.2.1.1 Initial signs for undamped product are:a) 充氮主体的氮气压力常温下不小于5kPa；a) Pressure of nitrogen in main body shall not be less than 5kPa at normal temperature;b) 主体内残留油样化验，符合以下规定：b) Following requirements shall be met after making laboratory test on residue oil in main body:耐 压：50kV(标准油杯试验)Voltage withstand: 50kV (standard oil cup test)含水量：20ppmWater content: 20ppm2.2.1.2 如2.2.1.1中a，b两条中有一条不符，产品不能充氮存放，还需按本说明书第2.2.3.3条作进一步的试验，判断产品是否受潮。2.2.1.2 If any one of a) and b) in 2.2.1.1 cant be met, the product cant be stored after adding nitrogen and shall be made further test according to Article 2.2.3.3 of the manual to check whether the product is damped.2.2.2 存放时间以充氮时间算不能超过2个月。2.2.2 Storage period shall be calculated according to nitrogen adding period and shall not exceed 2 months.2.2.2.1 符合2.2.1.1中a，b两条，允许短期充氮存放，但最多不超过两个月，否则应按2.2.3条注油存放。2.2.2.1 If a) and b) in 2.2.1.1 are met, the product is allowed to store after adding nitrogen for a short period, but the period shall not exceed 2 months, otherwise the product shall be stored after adding oil according to Article 2.2.3.2.2.2.2 充氮存放对主体内部氮气压力及补充氮气的要求，同本说明书第1.3条。2.2.2.2 For storage after adding nitrogen, pressure of nitrogen in main body and the requirement on adding nitrogen are same as Article 1.3 in the manual.2.2.2.3 充氮存放过程中每天至少巡查两次，对箱内压力和补入氮气作记录。如氮气压力降低很快，氮气消耗量大，说明有漏气情况，要及时检查处理，严防器身受潮。2.2.2.3 During storage after adding nitrogen, make inspection tour at least twice each day and record pressure in the box and adding nitrogen. If pressure of nitrogen drops very quickly and nitrogen consumption is large, this indicates there is gas leakage, check and resolve it timely, damping of main body is strictly prohibited.2.2.3 注油存放2.2.3 Storage after adding oil超过2个月存放或按2.2.1.2条不能充氮存放时，必须注油存放。When storage period exceeds 2 months or the product cant be stored after adding nitrogen according to Article 2.2.1.2, it shall be stored after adding oil.2.2.3.1注油排氮前按2.2.1.1条进行检查，并要放净箱底残油，严禁残油再充入变压器使用。2.2.3.1 Check according to Article 2.2.1.1 before adding oil and removing nitrogen, empty all residue oil at box bottom, adding residue oil again into transformer for operation is strictly prohibited.2.2.3.2 注油排氮：2.2.3.2 Adding oil and removing nitrogen打开箱盖上的80蝶阀排氮（严防尘土和异物落入箱内），同时从油箱下部的注油阀注入符合下述要求的变压器油(此时器身和油箱能同时注油)。Open 80 butterfly valve on box cover to remove nitrogen (take strict precautions to prevent any dust or foreign object from entering the box) and also add transformer oil that meets following requirements from oil adding valve at the lower part of oil tank (main body and oil tank can be added oil at the same time).耐 压： 60kVPressure withstand: 60kV含水量： 15ppmWater content: 15ppm含气量： 1%Gas content: 1%tan(90): 0.5%2.2.3.3 进一步检查判断产品出厂后是否受潮，未受潮的标志为（充油后测量）各线圈之间及线圈对地之间：2.2.3.3 Further check whether the product is damped after leaving the factory; sign of undamped product is shown between various windings and between winding and ground wire:绝缘电阻R60s： 出厂值的70%（2500kV摇表）Insulation resistance R60s: 70% of leaving factory value (2500kV mega meter)极化指数R10min/R60s： 出厂值的70%，且不低于1.5（用GZ-5A兆欧表的5000V档）Polarization index R10min/R60s: 70% of leaving factory value and not less than 1.5 (using 5000 grade of GZ-5A megohmmeter)介质损耗因数tan(90)：出厂值的130%（换算到同一温度值）Medium loss factor tan(90): 130% of leaving factory value (conversing into the same temperature value)如不符合上述规定，表明器身受潮，产品不能投入安装运行，应重新干燥处理器身，并与制造厂联系。If above requirements cant be met, this indicates main body is damped, so the product cant be put into installation and operation, dry main body again and contact the producer.2.2.3.4 临时装上储油柜系统，断续注油，使油面调整到稍高于储油柜正常油面的位置，并按储油柜使用说明书排除储油柜中的空气。2.2.3.4 Install oil conservator system temporarily, add oil intermittently to adjust oil level to the position that is slightly higher than normal oil level of oil conservator, remove air from oil conservator according to operation manual of oil conservator.2.2.3.5 存放过程中经常要巡查储油柜油面，如低于储油柜最低油面，要补充注入符合2.2.3.2条要求的变压器油，严防器身存放中受潮。2.2.3.5 During storage period, regularly make patrol inspection on oil level of oil conservator, add transformer oil that meets the requirements in Article 2.2.3.2 if oil level is lower than the minimum oil level of oil conservator, damping of main body during storage is strictly prohibited.2.2.4 变压器主体充油运输时, 运到现场后要妥善存放(超过2个月存放时必须按2.2.3.4和2.2.3.5条执行), 等待总体复装。2.2.4 When main body of transformer is transported after adding oil, after arriving the site, store it appropriately (if storage period exceeds 2 months, it shall be treated according to Article 2.2.3.4 and Article 2.2.3.5) and wait for reinstallation of whole body.2.2.5 拆卸件的存放要妥善，不得锈蚀和受污染，充油运输的拆卸件必须充油存放。2.2.5 Removed parts shall be stored appropriately and shall not have rust or pollution; removed parts transported after adding oil shall be stored after adding oil.3 总体复装前的检查3 Check before installation of whole body3.1本台产品不需要吊罩检查，只需从油箱人孔处进入油箱中进行内检。3.1 The product doesnt need hoist the cover for check, it only needs enter oil tank from manhole of oil tank for internal check.3.2 进入油箱中内检时的要求与注意事项如下：3.2 Requirements and precautions are shown as following when entering oil tank for internal check:a) 雨、雪、风（4级以上）和相对湿度75%以上的天气不能进行内检；a) Dont make internal check under rain, snow and wind (above moderate breeze) weathers with relative humidity of above 75%;b) 充氮运输的变压器主体在没有进行注油排氮前，任何人不允许进入箱内，以免发生窒息危险；b) For main body of transformer transported after adding nitrogen, before adding oil and removing nitrogen, no person is allowed to enter the box so as to avoid asphyxia danger;c) 进行内检前，对于临时短期存放的充氮的产品，先按2.2.1.1条判断存放是否受潮；再进行注油排氮(按2.2.3.2条)，再按2.2.3.3条判断器身是否受潮。对于注油存放产品，应按2.2.3.3条做试验，判断存放中器身是否受潮，所测数据与存放时数据相比有无明显差异；c) Before making internal check, for the product that is stored for a short period temporarily after adding nitrogen, firstly check whether storage of product is damped according to Article 2.2.1.1, add oil and remove nitrogen (according to Article 2.2.3.2) and then check whether main body is damped according to Article 2.2.3.3. For the product stored after adding oil, firstly make test according to Article 2.2.3.3 to heck whether main body is damped, compare measured data with the data when storing, they shall not have any obvious difference;d) 提高器身温度使之必须高于周围气温（1520），一般采用热油循环，油质要求按2.2.3.2条；d) Before rising temperature of main body, make it be higher than surrounding ambient temperature （1520）, normally use hot oil circulation, requirements on oil quality are shown in Article 2.2.3.2;e) 放油同时, 以（0.73）m3/min的流量向箱内充以干燥空气(空气经硅胶滤燥, 露点为-35以下), 防止器身受潮，充入的干燥空气的压力为2030kPa；e) While discharging oil, add dry air (air is filtered dry by silica gel, its dew point is below -35) into the box with flow rate of （0.73）m3/min to prevent main body from damping, pressure of added dry air is 2030kPa；f) 完成d）,e）条后，再打开人孔盖板，进行内检，内检时要一直吹入干燥空气，直至检完封盖为止，吹入流量可以保持0.2m3/min左右；f) After finishing Articles d） and e）, pen manhole cover plate to make internal check, blow in dry air all the time during internal check until the check is finished and the cover is closed, blowing flow rate can be about 0.2m3/min;g) 进入箱内的内检人员必须穿清洁衣服和鞋袜，除所带工具外不允许带其它任何金属物件；g) Internal checker that enters the box shall wear clear clothes, shows and socks and shall not bring any metal object except check tools;h) 所用工具要求严格执行登记、清点制度，防止遗忘箱中；h) Used tools shall be strictly recorded and counted so as to avoid leaving in the box;i) 所打开的盖板等处要有防范措施，严防灰尘和异物进入箱中；i) Position of opened cover plate shall have prevention measure to prevent any dust or foreign object from entering the box;j) 器身暴露在空气中时间要尽量缩短，允许暴露的最长时间（从开始打开盖板破坏变压器密封至重新抽真空止）：j) The time of main body exposed in the air shall be shortened as far as possible, maximum allowable exposed time (from opening cover plate for removing transformer sealing to vacuumize again) is:干燥天气（空气相对湿度65%以下）：12hDry weather (relative humidity of below 65%): 12h潮湿天气（空气相对湿度75%以下）： 8hDamp weather (relative humidity of below 75%): 8h箱内检查过程中，移动工具和灯具时注意不要损坏绝缘，不允许在箱内更换灯泡。During internal box check process, pay attention not to damage insulation when moving tools and lights, replacing bulb isnt allowed in the box.3.3 进入箱内的内检项目3.3 Internal check items after entering the boxa) 拆除油箱内部和高压升高座内的临时支撑物和紧固物；a) Remove temporary supporting objects and fixing objects in oil tank and high pressure ascending flanged base;b) 所有联接处的紧固件是否松动；b) Check whether fastening parts at all joints are loose;c) 引线的绝缘是否良好，支撑、夹紧等是否牢固；c) Check whether insulation of lead wire is good and whether supporting and clamping are firm;d) 压钉、定位钉和固定件等是否松动；d) Check whether clamping screw, positioning screw and fixing part are loose;e) 检查引线与开关的联结是否良好；e) Check whether connection between lead wire and switch is good;f) 最后在箱内进行清理、清除残油、纸屑、污秽杂物等。f) Finally clean and remove residue oil, waster paper and dirty foreign object in the box;g) 在进行内检的同时，进行安装套管、出线装置与套管的连接等工作。g) While making internal check, make various works such as installation of bushing and connection of lead wire device and bushing.4 组件的复装4 Reinstallation of parts4.1 一般组、部件(如风冷器、储油柜、压力释放阀、导气联管等)的复装都在真空注油前完成。4.1 Reinstallation of normal components and parts (for example, air cooler, oil conservator, pressure relief valve, air conduct and so on) shall be finished before adding oil by vacuum.4.2 各组、部件的复装要按其各自的安装使用说明书及变压器外形图、安装图中的要求进行；所有联管须按出厂时管上打的标记进行复装，开箱待装绝缘件和主体打开的盖板均应有防尘措施。4.2 Reinstallation of various components and parts shall be made according to the requirements of their respective installation and operation manuals and outline drawing and installation of transformer; all connection pipes shall be reinstalled according to the marks on the pipes when leaving the factory, insulation parts that are unpacked for installation and opened cover plate of main body shall have dust proof measures.4.3 安装穿缆式套管时，牵引引线拉力不宜过大，防止损坏引线根部绝缘，电缆不允许有拧动、打圈等现象，引线绝缘锥度部分要求进入套管均压球中。4.3 When installing cable bushing, pulling force of dragging lead wire shall not be too large so as to avoid damaging insulation at the root of lead wire, the cables shall not have any twisting and circling, lead wire insulation conic part shall enter uniform pressure ball of bushing.4.4 分接开关的检查：4.4 Check of tapping switch4.4.1手动操作一周(从最大分接至最小分接，再回到最大分接，称为一周)，试验开关转动部件的灵活性。4.4.1 Make manual operation for one cycle (from the maximum tapping to the minimum tapping and then to the maximum tapping is called as one cycle) to test flexibility of movable parts of switch.4.4.2 测试开关指示的分接位置是否正确(一般用测变比法)。4.4.2 Test whether tapping position indicated by the switch is correct (normally use the method of measuring transformation ratio).4.4.3 测试开关在各分接位置时线圈的直流电阻，与出厂值比较应无差异(换算到同一温度值)。4.4.3 Test DC resistance of winding when the switch is at various tapping positions; it shall not have any difference with leaving factory value (calculate into the same temperature value).4.4.4 按开关说明书进行安装和其它试验。4.4.4 Make installation and other tests according to operation manual of switch.4.4.5 开关安装试验完毕后，应调整到运行分接位置, 再测试该分接位置时线圈的直流电阻合格并备案。切记每次送电前分接开关改变分接位置后, 必须重新测试所使用分接的线圈的直流电阻, 要求数据合格且要备案；4.4.5 After finishing installation and test of switch, adjust it to operation tapping position, then test DC resistance of winding at this tapping position and put it on record. Be sure to keep in mind that after changing tapping position of tapping switch before supplying power each time, DC resistance of winding used by tapping shall be tested again and shall have qualified data and put into record.4.5 散热器安装前要用热变压器油冲洗，油温605。4.5 Before installing fan radiator, use hot transformer oil to wash it, oil temperature is 605.5 高真空注油5 Adding oil at high vacuum5.1 准备工作5.1 Preparation5.1.1将使用的油，经真空滤油机进行脱水、脱气和过滤处理，油质须符合下述要求后待用：5.1.1 Make dehydration, degasification and filter treatment for used oil by vacuum oil filter, oil quality can be used only after meeting following requirements:耐 压： 60kV(标准油杯试验)Voltage withstand: 60kV (standard oil cup test)含水量： 15ppmWater content: 15ppm 含气量： 1% Gas content: 1%tan(90)：0.5%其它性能符合有关标准。Other performances shall meet relevant standards.5.1.2 连接注油管路，管路禁止使用橡胶管，并用热油冲洗，保证内部清洁。5.1.2 Connect oil adding pipe, rubber pipe is strictly prohibited, use hot oil to wash the pipe so as to ensure internal cleaning.5.1.3 油箱顶部的80蝶阀接至真空泵。5.1.3 Connect 80 butterfly valve on the top of oil tank with vacuum pump.5.1.4 关闭油箱与储油柜间的蝶阀(本产品配的是胶囊式储油柜), 关闭胶囊式储油柜排气口阀门, 打开呼吸口阀门(详见胶囊式储油柜产品说明书)。5.1.4 Turn off butterfly valve between oil tank and oil conservator (the product uses rubber capsule oil conservator), turn off exhaust port valve of rubber capsule oil conservator and turn on intake port valve (see the manual of rubber capsule oil conservator).5.1.5 打开其它所有组、部件（如散热器、
