The oil filer, which is usually installed at the inlet of pumps, compressors, flow meters and other instruments or other part of system pipelines, is used to remove solid particles from various liquids, prevent nozzle plugging and oil pimp damage etc and protect such accessories as pipes and valves so as to maintain the normal operation of these equipment. The GLQ-type oil filer produced by our company is characteristic of compact structure, convenient application, large capacity, small pressure loss, safety and reliability as well as diversity in types and specifications. After being washed, the filter element can be reused. Coordination of the equipment can prolong the service life of pump and other series of equipment, thus guaranteeing safe and stable operation of the whole system. 2、滤油器的选择Selection of the oil filter由炼油厂直接用管道输送到电厂储油罐的油，一般都比较清洁，杂质少，只需在油罐前装设细滤油器。Oil directly transported with pipelines form refinery to the oil tank in power plant is usually clean and has little purities, so only thin oil filter is to be installed in front of the oil tank.敞开式卸油系统，尤其是采用卸油沟，导油槽等方式自流到零位油罐的燃料油，在零位油罐的入口处必须装设粗滤油器. So in design and type selection, attention should be paid to pegged design ratio to ensure that it can meet the demand of installation location. 3、滤油器结构型式及主要技术规格Structure of the oil filter and major technical specifications滤油器结构型式及主要技术规格Meaning of type of oil filter is as follows.GLQ XX XXX K 表示“孔” Stands For Mesh滤网孔数，孔/厘米2 Stands For Number Of Mesh /Cm2表示：流量 吨/小时stands for flow rate: ton/hour表示“过滤器”Standard of filter滤油器的种类很多，这些滤油器由于其装置地点以及工艺要求不同，按其压力分为：常压（大气压），低压（10公斤/厘米2），高压（25公斤/厘米2）；按其过滤网孔孔径分为：粗网及细网。There are many kinds of oil filters which can be divided into normal pressure (atmospheric pressure), low pressure (10kg/cm2) and high pressure (25kg/cm2) based on various installation location and process requirement. Based on the aperture of filter sieve, the oil filters can be classified into coarse screen and fine screen.我厂主要生产有GLQ系列通用型低压滤油器。GLQ type universal low-pressure oil filter is the major product of our factory.4. 滤油器的清洗与检修Cleaning and repair of oil filterGLQ滤油器的清洗周期一般由其前后的压差大小而定，滤油器前后压差不应超过 0.3(公斤/厘米2)，当超过0.3(公斤/厘米2)时，表明已有局部堵塞，必须清洗。清洗办法与油品质量、滤油器的结构、运行条件和安装位置有关。对于电厂带蒸汽吹扫管的滤网滤油器，一般为一天至一星期反冲洗一次，数天至半月或更长时间拆洗一次，其余各类滤油器依其结构形式、滤芯材料、规格、运行条件而各有所不同。清洗的办法：Washing period of GLQ oil filter usually depends on differential pressure before and after the oil filter. Differential pressure before and after the oil filter should be no more than 0.3 kg/cm2. When the value is more than 0.3 kg/cm2, it shows that local plugging happens and must be cleaned immediately. The cleaning methods is relevant to oil quality, structure of oil filter, operation condition and installation location. Sieve oil filter with vapor blowing pipe in power plant is usually back flushed every one to seven days, unpicked and washed every 15 days or more. In accordance with structure, element material, specification and operation condition, other kinds of oil filters has different cleaning methods.不拆开顶盖，用蒸汽反冲洗，但需注意蒸汽压力0.4MPa。利用排污管将杂质污物排除出去，但一般情况下仍有纤维、胶状物之类粘附在网丝上，用蒸汽无法冲洗掉，所以在一定时间后需人工拆洗。Dont tear apart the top cover and back flush with vapor.
