SummaryBackground:After several years of belt tightening and staff reductions, the entire company feels overworked, and now we are facing a lot of problems again. Our employees do not know how to deal with customers and how to push new ideas through the appropriate channels .they also cant complete the most rudimentary of tasks. Some ambitious employees whod like learn more have no idea how to get the career advice from people whove been there. The numbers of employees who want mentoring relationships far exceed the number of managers and executives willing and able to be mentors. So we will solve these problems from three aspects.Purposes:In order to improve the ability and personal qualities of employees, we will mobilize the activity and creativity of staff to raise the competitive power of enterprises. And build a fair and impartial open competition mechanism to regulate the promotion system and solve the current problems. We will guide the employees in a right way to make the company even more lucrative.Sourceandscopeofwork:Dataacquisitionwillbeobtainedfromindirectsurvey,includingreviewrecentmanagementarticles,howtheseniorstaffsguidestafftosolveproblemsandadjustthecompanysguidancesystem.Aimedatwhatpoliciesandhowseniormanagementshouldasuccessfulcompanyhas,sothatemployeesknowhowtounderstandtheirresponsibilitiesandtomaximizethepotentialtogetalongwithcustomerstoseekbenefitsforthecompany.WewillalsocollectdataandprogramsProposed approach and work plan::Problem of company policy A .Whether the management system has the flaw?How can we know the management system has flaw, we can see from the performance of employees .For example, some employees will brazenly apply for reimbursement about the private car fare. That means rewards and punishment system not strict.Due to staff reductions recent years, causing the company feels overworked. The lower-level employees do not know how to deal with customers and public, and cant recognize when to speak out and when to be quiet. Although some employees have ambitious, they dont know how to get the advice. Even some top executives dont know their subordinates. It indicates that our companys management system has flaw. Top executives interaction with the employees less, and employees did not accept strict training when they came to our company. So the leaders should reflect management consciousness, concept and systems.B. Reformulate the promotion system?Our company employees dont know what conditions are required so that they can get a promotion. Some employees have the ability to get a higher position than now. However, because of the decline of the promotion system, although some employees get the promotion, they are still doing work as before.The promotion system should have at least two aspects of characteristics:a. We should separate the qualification and job. The formulation of the post grades should on the basic of work level. b. Then we must be in keep with salary system. And cant be confused qualifications with position. Let the employees know that under what conditions they can get a promotion. Only if the promotion benchmark equality, justice, open, employees can master the direction of work . Specific censorship standards can be divided into two part: focus on performance. performance+ other abilities.:Executives:1. Our executives should build up the authority in the company, so that employees can obey the executive. Therefore, how to build up the authority of leaders?a. Five characteristics: Intelligence, supervision, confidence, positive attitude and resolute. A successful leader must be required. So our leaders should develop the characteristics. b. Three key point: recognize ourselves. Leaders should recognize their abilities, and know what position they can getunderstand customers. We should know what customers think and satisfied their need. Be honest to them so that we can be the winner in the competition.work word. Because the chances of leaders are from company, so ensure the interests of the company is to safeguard the interests of the managers themselves. Leaders should work hard to make more benefit.c. Responsibility and development confidence. Whether a leader has responsibility, is not blame who wrong when have a meeting. We should take responsibility and then discuss with all employees about mistake.2. Executives should always self-reflection after they finish some work. Only if they do like this, they can improve the way of management. And at the same time, we will offer some courses and list the cost at the ending of proposal.3. Employee skills: Our employees do not know how to deal with customers and how to push new ideas through the appropriate channels, it means that they lack of the skills of communication, knowledge and technology. It will impact on the company operation and lose confidence of customers. Eventually lead to promotion opportunity affected, and cant take part in some important task. Our company will train and supervise employees according to the requirement of our company. So we will offer some courses and list the cost at the ending of proposal.B. How employees develop the relationship with customers?Because our employees do not know how to deal with customers, so executives will guide them under these objectives.a. We take customers as our Gods:Employees should aspect customers. When you cooperate with customer, you must be thankful for this and express your gratitude. When customers make mistake, you should show your generous and find the right solutions.b. Abide by professional ethics. When you talk with your colleagues, you must remember that keep secret for your customer, cant divulge the custom information.c. Break off pecuniary interest with customers. As the saying goes “the friendship between gentlemen is as pure as crystal” we had better not involved with money with customer. We should obey the rule that business is business.C. We have five ways of training employees.a. Classroom teaching: This is the lowest cost and tradition way. Through the mentor teaches some knowledge, learners can share experiences and opinions. It not only can learn same diverse knowledge, but also can expand their community.b. apprenticeship: A mentor guides a few of apprentice. The long training period and have a clear goal, and the content very comprehensive.c. Symposium: Applying to the less numerous group training. Trainer can master the understanding of trainee timely and accurate. It can improve the responsibility and change the attitude to the work effectively.d. Job rotation. It can expand the skills and knowledge of employees and make them get more position, increasing the challenge and interesting.e.
