Overview目前，石油工业抽油井井口光杆密封装置由于光杆的偏磨和上下往复运动，盘根盒中的胶皮密封盘根容易磨损，失去密封作用，严重影响了密封盘根的正常使用寿命，产生跑、冒、滴、漏现象，经常需要频繁停井和更换盘根，使成本和管理难度增加，也增加了采油工人的劳动强度，同时，容易造成地面污染和原油损失。The rubber stuffing box on pumping well abrades frequently and loses sealing effect due to the eccentric wear and reciprocation of polished rod, which badly reduces service life and results oil leak. The well is regularly shutdown to change stuffing box. The cost, management difficulty and work strength of oil workers increase for this reason. In the meantime, it causes surface pollution and crude oil loss.CWG型系列光杆密封器为我公司研制的新型专利产品。该产品具有自动轴向调心,径向调偏、维护保养方便,使用周期长,防盗增产等功能，尤其是在稠油井、注聚井、高含水井中使用以及与油井深抽配套使用更能体现独特的优越性。密封盘根的使用寿命长者可达1年以上，而且在使用过程中，不需要再次紧固盘根盒，大大减轻了采油工人的劳动强度，同时它的维修周期长也避免了频繁停井更换密封盘根而造成的原油损失和地面污染，是一种具有较高推广价值的新型产品。CWG-series polished rod stuffing box is a new patent product developed by our company. This product has the features of automatic axial self-aligning, radial offset, simple maintenance, longer service life, antitheft and increasing production. The unique superiority will be highlighted if it is applied in thickened oil well, polymer injection well, high water cut well and with deep pumping. The service life could be over 1 year. Additionally, during using process, it is not necessary to be fastened repeatedly, which reduces labor intensity. The longer maintenance cycle reduces crude oil loss and surface pollution caused by oil well shutdown and stuffing box change. It is a new product with great promotional value.二、产品功能及特点. Functions and features1、强大的调偏、防偏磨功能1. Deviation adjustment and anti-eccentric worn(1). 轴向调心 (1). Axial self-aligning由光杆密封器内置万向节及球面密封构成的铰接装置 ,可在任意方向偏斜10。Hinge joint assembly composed by built-in universal joint and sphere seal could deviates 10 in any direction.(2). 径向调偏 (2). Radial offset通过独特设计更能使光杆密封器的球面部分自动径向位移，最大位移距离可达20mm。The unique design improves the automatic radial displacement of sphere part of stuffing box. The maximum displacement could be 20mm.由万向节内部的下定位套和盘根盒上部压套内的上定位套对光杆始终形成良好的扶正定心机构，并且通过万向节的轴向摆动和万向节的径向移动使整个密封装置与光杆始终保持同心，有效地避免了密封盘根与光杆的偏磨，保证了密封盘根均匀地磨损，同时也避免了光杆由于偏磨而造成的外表剌伤,大大延长了密封盘根和光杆的使用寿命,从而降低了生产成本和由于频繁停井而造成的地面污染和原油损失。Lower locating sleeve in universal joint and upper locating sleeve in pressing sleeve at the top of stuffing box form a centering device for polished rod. Axial wobble and radial movement of universal joint align the polished rod to stuffing device, which avoids the eccentric wear of stuffing box and polished rod, guarantees even wear of stuffing box, avoids appearance spine injury caused by eccentric wear, extends service life of stuffing box and polished rod, and reduces cost of production, pollution and oil loss.2、维护方便、密封盘根寿命长2. Simple maintenance and longer service life在安装过程中，将压帽一次性压紧后，使弹簧始终承受一定的压力，在弹簧的反作用力下，中间的组合盘根始终处于压紧状态，在密封盘根磨损时可有效地自动补偿盘根与光杆之间的过盈，保证一定的过盈量，有效地防止原油的泄漏。通过试验证明，该处的一次性密封时间长者可达到1年以上。During installation, tightly compress the pressure cap all at once, to put the spring under pressure all along. Combined type stuffing has more reliable seal effect选用特殊材料制成的组合式盘根，比常规橡胶的耐磨、耐油、耐温、密封等性能更好；选用V型结构使盘根的变形补偿范围更大，采用一软一硬,一封一刮.多封多刮,尤其是对电加热稠油井密封效果更加明显,可以使光杆达到光亮如新。Combined type stuffing made of special materials has better wear resistance, oil-proof, temperature resistance and seal performances than regular rubber stuffing. Auxiliary function由于弹簧在盘根下部，因此弹簧间隙内始终积存有一定数量的原油，使光杆具有一定的润滑效果；上冲程过程中，光杆先将密封盘根进一步压缩后，再产生相对摩擦运动，同时在下冲程过程中，由于弹簧的作用，光杆与密封盘根先同步运动一定距离后，再产生相对摩擦，因此弹簧产生交变载荷，使密封盘根在上下冲程变更的过程中起到了缓冲的效果，最大限度地延长了盘根的使用寿命，同时在一定程度上也优化了光杆的使用工况。The spring is located at the bottom of stuffing. As a result, the gap of the spring always store up a certain amount of crude oil, which has lubrication effect to the polished rod. During up stroke, the polished rod further compresses the seal stuffing and then produces relative friction movement. During the down stroke, due to the effect of the spring, the polished rod and the stuffing move synchronously for a while and then produce relative friction movement. Therefore the spring produces repeated load, to make the stuffing work as a buffer during the stroke change, extend service life of stuffing, and in some degree optimize the working condition of polished rod.、其他防泄、防盗功能5. Leak-proof and antitheft 在每个部件的连接部分，都设计有密封装置，有效地保证了整个光杆密封器的整体密封效果，不存在其他部分的原油泄漏现象。在调偏压帽和封井阀的一侧设有M8特制防盗螺钉固定,可有效地防止将此部卸开原油被盗,造成停井原油损失和地面污染。Sealing devices are installed at joints of all components, to effectively ensure the overall sealing effect of the polished rod stuffing box. No fire source within 10m.2. 在油井负责人员协助下检查抽油机设备刹车是否灵活可靠，控制柜的电器设施是否良好。戴绝缘手套，按停止按钮停抽，将抽油机驴头停在下死点位置，刹车切断电源。Check whether the brake system of pumping unit is reliable and whether the electrical facilities of control panel are in good condition, with the help of responsible personnel. Wear insulating glove, press the stop button to shut down the pumping unit and stop the horsehead at the bottom dead center, tighten the brake and cut off the power.3. 按照抽油机操作规程停井、泄压，卸去油井负荷。将光杆置于下死点位置，安装光杆方卡子，拆开光杆与悬绳器连接方卡子，拆掉原光杆密封器，清除光杆表面残留物，安装CWG型光杆密封器。Stop the unit and remove the oil well load according to the operation regulations. Put the polished rod at the bottom dead center, install polished rod clamp, take apart the square clip connecting the polished rod and carrier bar, remove the previous stuffing box, clear the surface residue of polished rod and install CWG-series polished rod stuffing box.4. 安装光杆与悬绳器连接方卡子，挂好负荷，调整防冲距。悬绳器与井口盘根盒顶部距离要求在200毫米左右。Install the square clip connecting the polished rod and carrier bar, mount the load and adjust anti-impact stroke. Distance between carrier bar and the top of stuffing box is required to be 200mm around.5. 拆光杆密封器下方的光杆卡子，将偏心接头与井口连接，并通过偏心接头的偏心最大限度的调整好光杆与偏心接头小孔的同心度,紧固好偏心接头,装好万向节与调偏压垫，将调偏压帽与偏心接头连接预紧，在万向节上部孔中压入下定位套、矩形密封填料、隔环，装好“O”形圈，拧紧封井阀和万向节，并将封井阀和万向节的固定螺孔对齐,将特制螺钉紧固,再将封筒与封井阀连接,装好弹簧组（下簧座有弹子的一端朝下）装填料底座、（V形凸面朝上）装填料、（填料V形口朝下、一软一硬）装压套，（注意各部件及填料等位置不得颠倒），预紧密封器顶部压帽(拧紧度为螺纹部分长度的1/4)。Take apart the polished rod clamp under stuffing box. Connect the eccentric joint with wellhead. Adjust the concentricity of polished rod and eccentric joint hole furthest through the eccentricity of eccentric joint. Fasten the eccentric joint. Install the universal joint and deviation adjusting pad. Connect and preload the deviation adjusting pressure cap and eccentric joint. Press in the lower locating sleeve, rectangle seal stuffing and distance ring into the top hole of universal joint. Install O-shaped ring. Fasten well sealing valve and universal joint. Align the fixing screw holes of well sealing valve and universal joint. Fasten the special bolt and then connect the seal canister with well sealing valve. Install the spring group (the end of lower spring seat with knuckle ball faces down) and stuffing base. Install the stuffing (V-shaped convex surface faces upwards), and install the pressure cap (V-shaped head of stuffing faces down, one soft and one hard). Be careful not to reverse the positions of each parts and stuffing. preload the top pressure cap of stuffing device (1/4 of the length of thread section).6. 按抽油机操作规程启动抽油机，略松调偏压帽使上定位和下定位与光杆同轴(起动抽油机后可自动调心定位)，定位后拧紧调偏压帽不得松动, 各部件应不渗漏，并将调偏压帽上的防盗螺钉紧固即可。Start the pumping unit according to the operation regulation of pumping unit.
